The pants are fucking sublime. You can just tell the postmaster you were shopping for clothes online and they sent the wrong size . OMG I’m hilarious!
I feel like they might have come about after a discussion of “sending quality genes” (genes, jeans HA!)
Sorry I’m full of it today. I’m lucky to have one of the skunks from @NDNCHILD with some badass Pineapple Skunk beans in it. If I get somehow get a pair of pants it’s going in the “very special beans” bag

Might have to cut into the lid to get a bit more mm. Could the lid be countersunk or even partially hollow? Have to line up perfectly…hmm.
The rollers would not push in. Open top with a sticker to hold seeds?

Unfortunately, the lid cannot be any thinner. Even if you were to countersink it, you’re going to be losing seed clearance on the inside (if I’m imagining what you are saying correctly). I think with the three different size pucks I have available at the moment, the majority of seed sizes are covered while keeping the puck thin. There are going to be those outliers that are better suited for other puck options like those with the open hole that utilize a sticker

I did end up playing around with your design and came up with a successful take on it.
The bulk puck is 48mm, weight is 3.7g
Smaller one is 34mm, weight is 1.8g
Both have an internal depth of 4mm
Closed thickness is 4.7mm

Depends on the design of the puck. They do rattle slightly, but haven’t had any issues… yet.
