Thanks,
It will be nice to be able to say cannabis in a shop rather than tomatoes. I was in DC a few years ago and had some great conversations with other shoppers at Good Hope Hydro down there. Back in the 90s in Seattle it was park your car 2 blocks away from the shop, pay cash, and wear a hat cause we were all afraid of the narcos writing down license plates. Thing have sure changed.

Knowing no if they let us grow at home it will be taxed and checked

Well welcome to the Garden State where we tax everything and try to make it absolutely ridiculous for anybody to grow medical the new laws are going to say that if you are caught growing and have 10 plants or more you are facing 10 years in jail and $150,000 fine below 10 plants it seems to be more lenient but that is absolutely ridiculous come on everybody let’s finally change this and take change this ridiculous archaic money making machine and allow us to home grow

New Jersey will be the only recreational state that will not have a provision for home grow

We need to get hold of out lawmakers and force a change to this Rec law
I am all for rec but we need to consider the med patient that can’t afford to pay the steep price and taxes
They can’t lock up every one of us but they will try

Free the weed
Fuck cancer
Peace

The Garden State has mandatory minimums in place for criminals that grow plants at home.
Really and truly pathetic.

“a first-degree crime punishable by 10 to 20 years in prison, with mandatory minimums that require those convicted to serve at least one-third of the sentence.”

This is absolutely ridiculous it should be treated like a tomato
It’s a plant
It’s medicine
It’s life

I honestly think we should go down to the courthouse I wouldn’t even know how to start the ball rolling on this.

I think if we put a law in effect that each dispensary will have their tests done on their products. There will be a third party test mandatory done on there will be no ties with any medical dispensary / recreational to allow a product on the shelves that contains pesticides or plant growth regulators or heavy metals  If we got this written up a nice solid file format I think we might have a chance

Also if they plan on selling the product they will be summoned to huge fines and possibly loss of license

Washington State also does not allow home growing of cannabis.
But at least they are now working on fixing this egregious abridgment of basic freedom.

I began what became my lifelong hobby of growing plants in NJ in the spring of 1970.
Alpine Boy Scout camp in Alpine NJ, we put in several guerrilla plots which produced very little from the sativa bagseed we planted. Too sativa, too far north.

Eventually I learned how to find plants that were able to attain sufficient ripeness at latitude 40.8 in Warren County NJ. The biggest, most vigorous, in ground plants that I have ever grown were in the native, un-amended soil in Warren County NJ.

I subsequently grew cannabis in 4 other US States, and they all fell short of the robust flowers that I grew in the Garden State.

That is why NJ is still near and dear to my heart, which breaks when I see the overbearing, draconian restrictions in place currently.

Cannabis is not legal unless you can grow your own.

Warren gets a we bit chilly up there I use to deliver vape juice to a shop up there in Passaic county winter times where a trip all them windy roads… The views up there are always awesome

I hope these laws change sooner or later i just messaged a woman she works for the Coalition of NJMMP where supposed to meet up sometime soon over coffee to see how we could file a law in putting into act that every dispensary needs a secondary test performed on there products before distributing to the public or at least allowing medical patients to have there “medical” tested to see if there is underlying pesticides in there products that they may or may not be distributing to us patients :man_shrugging:

but i do believe if we all get our heads together we can fight back and make things a little more difficult for the ones already in the business as we are actually creating more jobs  lol Cura leaf sells usualy from the one kid that works there usually 4 lbs a day so
$60 an 1/8 - $100 a 1/4
$60 for .5g cart
:moneybag:

The Governor wants penalties for under age use , yet our rite to buy weed legally which we voted for is still not allowed
A big shout out to the NJ weed man who sold weed in his store front on Jan 1 at 12. : 01 am When we the people have said it’s legal
We ended this prohibition on marijuana but look at the restrictions
Compared to other legal states it’s far from where we need to be
And No Home Grow in NJ at the prices the people who need there meds can’t afford them what’s the choices meds or rent or food! what the problem is is too many people want there piece of the $$$$$ tax Money :moneybag:

We do need better representation in the local level
Call your local elected officials and ask them how do you stand on these issues then vote accordingly
