Mine is a auto fem, It is going great. It was growing faster than the one started 3 wks before it. It popped into flower by itself as it should. I can’t update the photo as it isn’t letting me. Not sure why. Everything is the same as always,
Thanks for asking.
Oooh, I didnt realize yours was also auto fem
All the beans promised so far, are headed to their new homes
Oh, I should add, if I told you I would send some of those beans when they were ready, and I have not reached out to you. Please PM and forgive my stoner memory
Yes, mine was a Dinsfem MD from 2018. It is the old one not the XXL. Only one out of three germed. It isn’t tall, I’ll get a photo with measurements for you.
Mine was dropped 4 days before yours.
Thank You I will.
Bouncing back some more. Definitely didn’t expect the bubblegum to be the XXL. Gonna try to trim her up tonight
JEZZ! She almost doubled in size.
@LilJonB You had mentioned single bucket set ups (not sure if that was in a pm or in here). Do you happen to know any good DIY instructions for those? I have been looking around for a new build, but have not settled on one yet
Really man all you need is preferably 5 gal bucket and drop an airstone in it. If you only have net pots get a lid and cut a hole out of the center and drop your pot in it. Everything elce stays the same. I drill a hole on the side up top around the rim is where I drill a hole for my airline. Anything more then that your just showing off. I got a water level indicator and I don’t use it to indicate anything. Just drains my water sometimes if my plant is tied in. It’s really simple. Same setup you got but separate.
There stacking nicely.
Is it hot in there?
68-80 F is what the meter shows atm, though I just moved it back to on top of the res.
I think I need to get better at refilling my humidifier, as they have been draining the water soo much faster than other runs ive done.
The pH keeps going up too, so on top of refilling with the same nute ratio, ive been having to battle the res pH all week, too
Any other ideas for things to check are always welcome. I am going to try and work on my AC schedule to see if I can get that to be a smaller temp range
Someone mentioned the idea of using frozen water bottles to make sure the res stays cool, to me, today. I might give that a try, but im not sure yet.
Is your PPM the same when your level drops or higher?
When I was fighting my PH it was because I was over feeding. It would drop with the water level.
What was happening away the nutes are acidic. When the water level drops the nutes became more concentrated making the water acidic, making the PH drop.
I don’t know if this is what’s going on but this helped me. I found the sweet spot with the Hopscotch. It was 1160⁷⁰⁰. When my level dropped the ph stayed the same. Magic!
Before I topped off I checked and it was lower than the original water
Oh. That’s not your problem then.
Lol I wrote all that for nothing. Lol.
Yeah, sounds like you had the opposite of what I am getting. Maybe I am under feeding them.
As long as your reading is lower then when you left it I would.
you would increase the feed, or LITFA?
How are the leaves. Dose it look like she can take it?
It looks like you got something going on atm.
Leaves are curling up a little bit. I don’t know if that strain does that.
How many PPM are you at.
The curling on the right one happened when I fucked up the feed (I accidentally gave them feed for veg during flower) a few weeks ago. I assumed they stay that way, because the newer leaves look fine, they just never uncurled. The droopy older leaves on the left concern me too, but I figured that defoliating might help with those.
edit - also the curling stopped getting worse when I flushed out the res and put in the correct feed levels.
Your new leaves do look good. I was looking at that.
Whatever the difference was in the drop of your PPM is about how much I add to my mix. I start off a tad lower. Then check it next time the level is down.
