Yea, but they changed it to just three blooming plants per adult for recreational after they passed the bill. Which is really annoying. So some people who are growing out on a property let their “friends and family” grow on the property and tag them accordingly.
The tag thing is only if officers can stumble or walk upon it on outdoors
