Heres the veg tent. Everything is looking great! I’ve got 3 tangerine dream in the solo cups under the dome. I used a paper towel to make sure they will all Crack. In 48 hours all had a tap root and I put them all into the solo cups. That was like 36 hours ago and not one has popped thru yet. I’m still pretty hopeful. My germination rates have been shit as of late. I just hope mode energy I put into them will pay off sooner rather than later. The 4 purple punch are just about as big as the French Macaroons in the 1g pots. I’ll transplant in a day or 2. The other 2 tents are moving along fine. Nothing worth recording. Week 6 on the flower 2 and still vegging flower 1. Getting some good turn around in flower 1 as well

One thought I had before I did a full update. If you look at the French macaroons clones in the 1gal pots next to the purple punch in the solos you will see that the pp are now just abit bigger than the French macaroons. The clones were taken at the exact same time and the pp were behind the whole time. I topped the FM a little after I transplanted them and have pretty much been on pause ever since. I’ve really gotten to enjoy the cup in cup system to check on the roots. I really want to find a good pair of 1gal pots to do that with. The problem is finding a clear one that isn’t too flimsy or hard so I can still transplant exactly the same way.

All 3 tangerine dream from Barney’s farm have popped! I’m super excited! This is one of those strains I’ve wanted since I got into hightimes in the early 2000s. I’m doing all 3 in the cup in cup to check out that root development.

Picture one is of Flower 1. The girls are turning around but with organics it’s so damn slow! One of the bubble gum started to flop over because it’s got tiny spindly branches. It’s really starting to green up but it’s still has no structure to it. The rest of the girls are moving along fine. The two in the back that are doing g the best are the alien Bubba on the left and the bubblegum on the right. I think they are doing the best because of the plastic pots. I’m really trying to dial in the fabrics but it’s just not my jam. They will be flipped on the first of the year. They just got fed 2T per gal of the craft blend and flower girl 50/50 and watered with recharge and big 6 yesterday.
Picture 2 is Flower 2. These girls are on week 7 of flower kinda. 2 of them look like they are may e about week 6 where as the last one about week 5. 2 that are doing the best are 1 udog and one French macaroons. The other udog is a week behind the others. They have been fed thier last feeding g and are getting water from here on out.
Picture 3 is of the veg tent. I fed everything yesterday and transplanted the 4 purple punch into 1gal pots. The 3 tangerine dream are doing well and getting bigger everyday. I just filled in the cups for more stem support so they look like they just popped but they are a bout a week old. The blueberry headband is doing g really well. I can’t wait to try it! My house is finally not sick it’s been almost 3 months of this shit. I’ll be paying way more attention to my set up from here on out and updating with better quality and better pictures. Just placed an order with build a soil for more craft blend, Colorado worm company worm castings, and I’m trying bio ag TM7 instead of the big 6 to see the difference. Then I went over to Amazon and grabbed 3 mushroom grow kits on the low. The start of this year will be very nice!
Picture 1 my mushroom kits came in. I got 3 for $35 when they are normally 20 a piece. I can get 2 crops per bag and each crop gives me co2 for 10-14 days. The plan for now is to put one in the veg tent. Once I’m ready to transplant what I’ve got in the veg tent now I’ll throw a mushroom kit in the flower tent too.
Picture 2 is the Veg tent. Everything is looking good! I’ve got 3 tangerine dream seedlings in the front. In the middle on the left I’ve for 4 French macaroons. The 4 on the right are purple punch. And the one in the back middle is the blueberry headband. The FM and PP are the exact same age. The 4 FM rooted faster and got way bigger. Unfortunately they’ve got me as a dad so I fucked that up and over watered after I topped them and they stunted. The purple punch then caught right the fuck up and shocked me. They were so dinky for so long and they just decided to go into overdrive. The blueberry headband had been topped 2 times. It’s growth has been consistent and I’ve had zero problems with her. Her internodal spacing is pretty far apart though so I’m not expecting a big yeild. I’ve heard that headband doesn’t yeild alot and can be finicky to grow. I think the blueberry made it easier to grow so we shall see if it bulked up the yeild.
Picture 3 is of Flower 1. The girls got flipped on Christmas day. Starting with the little girl in the back and going clockwise we’ve got alien Bubba bubble gum,bubble gum, bubble gum, bubble gum, purple punch and bubble gum in the middle. You can see that the purple punch and 2 bubble gum look like shit. Well they are in fabric pots and I’m more of a plastic pot guy myself. As for the one in the middle in the fabric pot. It looked just as shitty as the others one day it was even flopped onto its self in veg but then it decided to kick the drugs and get its life together. It was a day a way from dying. Now it looks fantastic and I hope she don’t relapse hahaha.the alien Bubba and bubble gum in the back have been doing fantastic the whole time as you can see. I hope to get every plant the size of the big bubble gum from here on out. I’m tired of shit yeilds because I can’t stop touching shit. This is the last time I’m running the bubble gum. I still have seeds but the bud was lack luster. It was potent enough to do the job when you smoked it in joints but eh not impressed.
Picture 4 the poor flower 2 tent. The underdawg OG in the back on the left is almost done and like better than the other 2. The FM in the back on the right is right behind the back udog and lastly the udog in the front got stunted from over watering and is looking like it’s in about week 6 where as the other 2 are week 8. They are all the same age hut due to the over watering it stopped maturing for about 2 weeks. I’ll be chopping down the udog in the back in the next week or so then the FM probably a few days after and the final udog is going into flower 1 to finish.
Welp that’s where I’m at in my grow. I’ve got more craft blend, TN 7 trace nutes and Colorado worm castings on the way. Those 3 paired with the added co2 from the mushrooms should get me where I need to go to start the year off right! Next I need another fc3000 light for flower 2, a few more beans, a few more ac infinity oscillating fans, and the ac infinity humidifier. After those are acquired my grow will be at 100% and I will have to start thinking of new goals with in the grow.

I’ve been looking at the buds on all the plants in flower2 and from what I see as of now the udog pictured above has got another week. The French macaroons has about 10 days and the other udog has about 2 to 3 weeks left. The udog that has 2 weeks left is starting to fade. Her buds are still dinky but they are getting a good deal of frost on them. There is on little branch on this girl that looks like it revegged and it’s just the top nug. The ones below it look normal it’s pretty weird. There isn’t really much frost on it but I’ve never seen anything like it before.
All other tents are chugging along no real updates except the mushroom kit. So initially the mushroom kit had mold on it but I figured hey let’s just see what happens and sure as shit we got some mushrooms. Now they started growing near the top corner as opposed to the front so I had to rip open the bag but we’ve got some added co2 happening now.
This thing trippled in size in 24 hours! It’s nice having something that’s a quick reward. Growing in soil (and not being great at it) can be a slow process. I’ve often been jealous of salt growers because they have such a quick turn around when fixing problems and over all quicker growth (or so it seems). Having these mushrooms around are fun and the added co2 will hopefully beef up growth.

Picture #1. Veg. On the front on the left are my mushroom kits. On the right are 3 tangerine dream. The one in the middle popped 3 days after the other 2 but it’s still abit runty. I’ve got them in the cup and cup to make sure I’ve got a solid root ball before transplant. In the middle on the left are 4 French macaroons and the right 4 are purple punch. All are doing well the 2 in the back middle are going with the blueberry headband in the back. Those 3 will be going into flower 2 when I get the udog and Fm down from drying. The other 3 FM and 3 PP will go into Flower 1 when that run is finished.
Picture 2. Flower 1. The tent is in week 4 of flower. Everything that looked like shit a few weeks ago has turned around. The Alien Bubba (back left) is so chunky already I’m upset she doesn’t get bigger. I’ll be running other Bubba crosses in the future for sure!
I’m going to try a seed sprout tea. I’m going to put it on everything in veg but I’m mostly looking to see it’s effects on the 3 tangerine dream. The new mushroom kit is starting to produce so hopefully we see explosive growth
And we have pink oysters! This is the most lively kit I’ve ran so far. I’ve done 3 at this point. The first 2 have me a few mushrooms. The last one gave me one cluster but was mostly a dud. I have high hopes for this kit. My wife likes to ear the mushrooms I just care that they are giving my plants a bit more co2

I wanted so much to experience that high. Nope. Just like THC infused food, my body doesn’t metabolize the stuff.
I bet your better half is pumped up over this though. 
Oh no these are culinary mushrooms. It’s just a simple kit. Mycology is more complicated than growing weed. I have no interest in growing magic mushrooms or even culinary mushrooms on a bigger scale. I just want the added co2 and the wife likes mushrooms with everything!(it’s annoying)

Ahh. I see. I thought that the baby shrooms had different looking heads.
I’m likely to grow some of those in my greenroom. You better believe I’d be gaining Brownie points with the better half!
