Those are some gorgeous nugs man. I’m glad you stuck it out. Sounds like they turned out a lot better than you thought they would.

Between that and the whole daddy thing, looks like you’re having a great month so far.

494 grams of LOWERS.

I kept a little over 140 grams of top kolas for smoke

The lowers are going to hash

Puffing on the sins mac and black cherry cured honey. The honey was 14.5% terps. Packs a punch with flower alone

Ya never know until ya try. Picked up Athena grow a and b, 50 bucks for both. Perks of working for a grow shop

Those trimmers are great also. I feel spoiled, because those are the first I purchased. After the Fiskars, everything else has a long travel, and wears my hands out. Anytime someone asks me for trim help, I take my trimmers with me.

This what I use. My wife gave them to me. She was a seamstress/dressmaker for several years. These work well. I shit you not and your hands dont get cramped.

Those look like they have a short travel, nice.

Yo can put your middle finger in the hole for more power for bigger branches etc or put ring finger in to get in for flower cutting. You use your thumb and forefinger in a pinching motion. They stay sharp and are adjustable. There are cheap versions but my wife used these for years and they are still sharp. Brand is Gingher.

I found some singer scissors on sale at hobby lobby. I use them as back ups, and cloning scissors. They are awesomely sharp. I can use them to trim, but they don’t have a spring, so they can wear you out.

These have a nice spring in them. They are a tad expensive. This brand, well known for people who sew, quilt etc, is about 30 bucks. Yeah, high but I can tell you, after a couple hours of trimming, your hands will thank you.

That’s the important part. I could have gotten dual pairs for what I paid for my Fiskars, but it’s not a good trade off.

True dat. Last harvest I remember my hands getting more tired and sore from cleaning the finger hash off the blades than actually trimming.

I keep it humid. My veg room stays 80 degrees and 70% rh. It literally takes the breath out of ya. Got fans going heavy

I notice you are using ‘mater cages. How they working out for you?

I use em from time to time. I like em for bushy bushy plants with longer branching. Otherwise I build a tee pee style tripod with stakes

Little update, a buddy gave me a 6.5’ x 6.5’x 6.5 that I’ll be putting a couple 315w cmh in for veg, and adding another 1k hps for the flower room. Greasy runts is a crazy vigorous grower. She’s in the hempy and living soil 5 gal
