My family lives in Oklahoma near Blackwellā¦ Iām living on the west coast right now, but have been contemplating coming out there and looking at land as its very expensive where I live. What does licensing look like out there? Where I live now itās next to impossible to even get a license unless you have 1m+ hope I didnāt derail the topic, genuinely curious.

Itās 2500, but you will have to get it under the name of a resident. Itās super easy to get one here, but tons of competition. Note, I didnāt say good competition.

I cloned 2 phenos of her. I got a seed from one. The seed popped.
One purple pheno, without smell, small bush dropped one seed.
One green pheno (who purpled late due to temps), very smelly, huge bush. No seed yet.

The small one i chopped at 65 days ish. Like the sites say. It was crazy early and very very heady. Like sober you up heady.
The other i grew out 16 weeks. And she is amazing. Super tasty. Heady couch lock. Kinda confusing high. Great for bfast!

Metrc is the seed to sale system OK finally decided to use. Everybody has to pay a $40 monthly license fee to use it, but Metrc has their own seed to sale software that you can use at no addl charge. You can do all the basic compliance stuff with Metrc.
The higher end software systems go way beyond compliance. Theyāre more like management systems than anything else. Most of them will interface will all of you monitoring sensors and give you a dashboard view of everything, send you alerts about this and that. If youāre running a big grow those make a lot of sense. But if youāre planning on something small, $40 a month is hard to beat.
