I stupidly loaned mine out and never got it back. Mine had an orange/tan cover with the application to the Canada Bureau of Dangerous Drugs to be allowed to grow pot. I sent that in and still have the refusal letter. I sent a copy to Shadey a year or so ago so he can confirm that tho I donāt want him to post the pic of it. All my old personal info is on that pic. Sent him the letters I got back from Mr. Sumach too.
