I’ve read that on a few journals, and the reason I’m staying away from using just MC straight. I seem to always run into issues, though this last grow seems to be better at this stage. Hoping to keep a few plants going the way there are.
Following his advice for sure, always has nice plants! If only I could just clone him and have him grow for me lol
Mixed up a few buckets with the following
MC 620ppm
BE 150ppm
770ppm / 1.54ec
5.8PH
PPM run off was 700, though this one just keeps getting worse. I gave her Calmag on previous feed (100ppm).
Runoff 6.5+ ph on all pots. I know I’ve read, and was told that PH out isn’t one to chase as long as going in is good?
Also had another plant a few weeks from finishing up, and when I checked the PPM on run off it was 1200ppm, so I dumped a ton of feed through her till she was back in check. I’ll double check her again tomorrow, and see where she’s at.
Nope didn’t get that fancy, just eye-ball and measured.
Hopefully this will be less work for me in the end, as I tried it with domes and starter cubes and my first attempted ended up with me tossing all but 1 clone.
Onto my Veg tent! Most of these are coming up on 2months, and all are growing in Coco. Once I get some successful clones from them I will end up flowering them, so I’m guessing 3 more weeks.
I’ve got Crockett’s confidential, but she’s camera shy.
Ya it’s funny there’s not much on it. I like how the genetics seem not so muttled up. Not often you find a strain on seed finder with that short of history
These are in my flower tent…pretty embarrassed to post this.
RO Water
Coco
650ppm MC
150 BE
P.H 5.8 was my last feed
According to my shitty skils, this has to be a Calcium deficiency. I plan on giving her the following on the next feed :
200ppm Calmag Pro
450ppm MC
150BE
PH 6.2
Does this sound correct? I also see burnt tips, is this just due to other things being locked out? My plants always go downhill from this point on, and I’ve never corrected it. Me trying to correct it leads to a cluster fuck of other issues.
Looks like a mix of calcium and on the top and bottom pic phosphorus deficiency.
As to what is causing it, I don’t use coco, so it’s hard to say, whether it’s a PH issue or too much of something else blocking absorption or locking it up.
If your plants are finishing stretching they will be moving from a high N uptake to predominantly P and K for bud development, which will be why they are starting to show problems at this stage.
Stretching has pretty much stopped. Picture 2/4 were my best plants, but looking at them today I’m noticing these issues.
Lights are going out in 1hr, so going to do a foiler spray with calmag and hopefully someone knows why I suck at this. I swear my mode is linked to these plants, they do great I’m happy and when shit goes to hell it puts me in a bad mood. I’ve been at this spot for the pas year! I’ve hit them with calmag, upped feed and he list goes on. No matter what i read and follow it goes to hell.
Only 1 plant I’ve grown was pretty solid, though I was hitting her with 1200ppm.
200ppm calmag
800ppm MC
200ppm BE
Though I’m stumped why journals I’ve read when people use MC, LED + Coco usually don’t break 850ppm total. I know each plant is different, so I just sum it up to I suck. I’m lucky I get some bud, so in the end it’s not all that bad. But I’d like some damn happy plants!
End of rant, back to cleaning up and getting buckets ready for their feed when they wake up in 5hrs.
Starting today I’m now going to daily posts with lots of pictures…bad or good.
