Pat Healy Grows & Nonsense

Not yet except for a small early flower of some Albany from a couple of months ago. I liked it. Now I’m giving them all an honest try. Hopefully by New year I’ll have a smorgasborg (needs to be a strain name, lol) to smoke on and choose from and more to cure for later.

just saw this approach for the solo cups in response to someone using a knife for the holes:

Yep, heating up a metal poker works great for that. I don’t have any Solo cups, as I don’t throw keggers these days, and I live in the woods 35-40 minutes from the nearest Walmart. Haha. Seems like a waste to drive that far just for some Solo cups. Just some tall clones meant I couldn’t use my trays and domes or put them in two gallons and throw a cup over them.

First two clones I pulled out weren’t bad, but the others… Hopefully these other five make it. Be a real buzzkill if they don’t.

Usually look ugly for the first 24 hours. 100 percent humidity in the bags. I know my house is like 40 percent. A big shock

What looks good and what looks bad?

I keep telling myself this, but I’m a worrier. Haha. I had the TCPK from GMO that was in worse shape and ended up fine. I can’t find my humidifier and that’s pissing me off. Haha.

Ones that seem fine to me:

-Gushers
-Permanent Marker

Ones I’m being a Nervous Nellie over are:

-Motorbreath 15
-Wedding Cake
-Zookies
-Zoap
-Super Buff Cherries 26

As long as you realize you are a worrier. I got faith that they will pull through

Humidity in a pinch

That’s nifty. I think it would take a lot to get my humidity above 75% in a 4’x8’ tent though. A smaller tent would be great. I put Ziplocs on them, but five look like shit. It’s killing me. Why it’s so hard to properly root and send clones people pay money for is beyond me. Weed people are consistently some of the dumbest scumbags I come across in my life. It’s so disappointing.

I do not like the rapid rooting plugs most people use. Those plugs are havens for mites, spores, powdery mildew that you cant exterminate. I like clones rooted in aeroponic cloners and rooted in soil. The soil is easily washed away from the roots and along with it potential problems.

You could use a storage bin with some water a few bricks to hold your tray out of the water. Rig the lid with an LED strip and there you go, Lighted Humidity Chamber.

If you just take the bags off until the droop and than put them back on it’ll be fine. Remove leave mass will help recovery also

They’ve been in bags since yesterday. Only the Gushers is perked up. The Perm Marker is fine. The other five are drooped ass leaves with some yellowing. They look bad. I’ll take the bags off and take pics when I’m done in the yard and I take a shower. I have my fingers crossed.

Yep, five aren’t going to make it. What a waste of time and money, I’m sooo pissed off now.

I would keep the humodity up on those drooping clones till you see some kind of change in them, lusually the leaves will redpond by lifting up and not be as droopy

It’s not over until it’s got absolutely no sign of life!!

Sometimes I look at this as life telling me to choose something else also

I’m not choosing anything else. I don’t have money for more clones for 2-3 months. I’ll just be left with two instead of seven cuts to mother and check out. Horseshit.

I seriously doubt I ever buy more clones until I can go get them in a shop either. These twats can’t send healthy well rooted cuts??

Sounds like the bloom cuts interested you.
Sending cuts takes some thought for sure
