If you were to mist the portion you pluck which should be able to wash off the loose pollen perhaps then since the resin isn’t water soluble. But I agree a resp infection would be a terrible thing to get from a curiosity

That’s actually not a bad idea. That and maybe smoking it through a bubbler or a bong. Sure, you won’t get the same flavor as you would through something like a joint, but the percolation would filter out at least a good portion of the pollen

Maybe I should just rub the resin make a mini charas/temple ball and smoke that in order to evaluate the male.

We used to rub a rolling paper on the frosty males until it was good and sticky and then smoke that with either a pinner of tobacco or a pinner of low flavor bud. Was a good way to evaluate although many folks are adverse to tobacco.

Thanks for sharing! I used to smoke tobacco but have quit years ago. Otherwise I would use this idea. I’m going to clean out my bowl and use the idea I came up with. I’ll keep you all posted when I finally get around to doing it.

L9ve the look of an old school broad leaf too. Just a classic pot plant in my eyes. What I remember as a kid growing up. Lovely nostalgic look to these plants.

Starting to finally cut the plants! I am hoping for a lot of seeds, but won’t know till I get them dried and winnowed. I took them to the end as much as possible. No intersex was shown. Sorry for the lack of updates. Will keep everyone posted on the seeds in a couple of weeks.

Seeds cycles are always much longer. We all are very patient people when it comes to beans.
