You know my grow has been on autopilot since I installed my Blumats. I rarely go look at them, so these webcam shots are about it.

Honestly I’ve been debating the best way to harvest. With the blumats installed, I can’t move the beds on and out anymore. I think I will mark the carrots, disconnect them, then bleed the system when I reconnect them.

I’ve been contemplating doing some automation when it comes to watering, but a bit hesitant cause the one and only time I tried it before, well, let’s just say it didn’t end well

The kit I have has six Blumats, which is perfect because I usually run two plants per bed. Each of these will water a diameter of approximately 20-25cm. If I were to simply use the Blumat at the base of the plant, it would leave quite a bit of the bed underwatered. In this case, I decided to use the distribution drippers. Each of these will water a diameter of approximately 20cm (blue circles). Each bed will have two Blumat sensors (green dots) each with four distribution drippers (black dots). The beds will be fed from the reservoir in the veg room via the 8mm supply loop (red lines).
