Last time I tried this, the plant died. Let’s try it again. This time I’m using a regular photoperiod plant, so hopefully the plant will be more resistant. This is the only GG4 RIL seedling that didn’t succumb to damping off in the hot soil. Hope it’s female and it doesn’t herm on me.

Hi @ReikoX my friend who’s growing some of @Kcity87 reg seeds outdoors in Aus is ready to sex them. I was trying to find your post but couldn’t… was it 48hrs of darkness you give them? And does that work with both Autos and Regs? Thanks mate

I did a bonsai cannabis. Had it in a small handmade glazed pot in the windowsill. Did great for a while, then passed very quickly…

No, it’s two days of 12/12 when at 4-5 nodes, not two days of darkness. It does not work with autos, they will flower regardless of the light cycle.

Thanks mate, I’ve never grown Autos but yeah makes sense they will show sex regardless of their light cycle… hence why they’re autos 🤦haha bit of a stoner question that one.
Out of curiosity when do Autos usually show sex… like 10 days?

Depends on the variety, but generally 3-4 weeks from germination.
