That’s great archive digging SAN! I’m a bit confused by some of the description though

Given it’s supposed to be Skunk from Sensi.

Did they sell non-sweet skunk at first and bred that out later?

no clue how he meant it … but the cheese IS a bit sweet tho
(and the exodus cut i hold comes directly from him, haha, so …)

we all know sensi seeds is based in holland, so he is definetly not right about the
“dutch”-thing, which shows that we all aren’t experts in the end, not even the maker.

maybe silas meant those super-candy like strawberry/orange skunks
that came up at the time he wrote it from sensi’s stock, not the gymnsock,
rotten fruit that the cheese puts out and is missing from today’s stock
with that he would be right again, in basic.

nobody knows if the cheese cut actually comes from sensi’s stock of skunk #1
anyways, so it’s not that important, as it does not change what these plants do
the prove their legitimacy already with their very reliable expressions.

I don’t think sensi skunk is what it used to be.
I’ve read the good parents were lost early 2k in busts along with some other classics like cheese and blueberry.

Idk maybe that’s just Internet bs however regardless of how its come about sensi skunk isn’t great imo, it used to be top notch pungent cat pissy it’s now earthy, sweet, musty boring and samey.

Yeah, that’s the common claim. I’m not saying someone could pop a cheese chemo from sensi’s skunk nowadays  Specially since it’s possibly coming from a mutation.

So they bred out skunk from skunk, and then lost their skunk… Skunk!

Just one „Big Mistake“ by sharing wrong seeds or Cuts Decades ago and the whole family tree is kind of obsolet or at least horribly misleading… :no_mouth:

But at the end we are all up for nice weed story’s , Legends (written or grown) and love

not wrong cuts or seeds, just wrong info in this case
(the genetics are and stay what they are … the real deal.)

but i hear ya and agree:
one mistake can create huge confusion down the line.

Yeah it was meant in general not related to the topic you refer to.
Seems like you OG‘s are doing a really great job over the years

A shame that I wasn’t aware of you guys last years… But the Lost Skunk navigated me to OG - Strike!

Yeah and I can see double serations here and there :yum:

I snapped a pic of the double serrations.

It looks like most if not all plants have the double serrated leafs.
