It’s anything they can do to incrementally take away what few rights we have remaining. The biggest problem isn’t that governments always seek to expand their power; they always do that. The biggest problem is that the American people allow it.
Hawai’i too
Still debating which to get… … my Homeowners Ass’n website talks about the glory days of 70s/80s growing here
I just chatted with Gypsy over the weekend asking if I can get some seeds of his Thai Stick and his Zamal.
I was gutted when he said they are gone and that my only hope is to find forum peeps who have F2’ed em for the community
So, thank you for doing the research and work to maintain a pure Viet line.
Im planning to do a Viet project to honor my late uncle who was in 'Nam, so it makes me happy to see pure Nam is still around and not lost to time
Way to be
There is the Medical Necessity Defense
Among other things, it states you don’t have to sign up to any program if it causes you to have to give up other rights.
Also if you fill out a 4473 to purchase a firearm, it merely states are you ‘addicted’ to any controlled substance. So, technically, you can blaze and be a gun owner. I just wouldn’t publish that you are both.
Besides, smoking does a great job at keeping the nerves steady while shooting. Shit, most contractors overseas are on benzos while operating so adrenaline dumps aren’t a concern in battle (though, id much more recommend using mirtazapine over benzos)
Some contractors may be taking benzos, but for many, their real addiction is adrenaline. I took Celexa when I was deployed. It’s an SSRI that turns you into a robot. War and drugs are as intertwined as they ever were. Anyway…
When dealing with law enforcement of any description, never admit to anything. They rely on self-incrimination more than they’re willing to admit.
Indeed. The War On Drugs is just that - War, On Drugs
A more accurate description would be the War on the Constitution (or what’s left of it).
The main use of the firearms statutes in this case is to add felony charges to what might otherwise have been misdemeanor situations, giving the police either leverage for information or additional payoff for their organization.
I know the seeds are old but I have seeds of his Original Thai stick. I think I got the seed off of seedbay. You are welcome to them if you are ready to grow them and you will make some more seed.
One way or another, the state will always seek to restrict or eliminate our freedoms.
I would appreciate that very much.
Just, not sure when I will be breeding again - Im looking for a spot to breed, securely at the moment here in Rochester.
If Im able to do it, yeah, I would make a community op repro
gypsy nirvanas Thaistick is NOT 70s original. It is eventually ffrom the 70s, but date of collection unknown…
It was coming from a SE Asian Strains Collector, The Collector had Seeds that are relatively old , from varying dates. Some of the oldest from the 70s.
So, could be anything from 90s, 80s, 70s-
Someone mentioned 2000s, not shure if thats accurate cause gypsy got the seedcollection in the 2000s… I would guess its 2000s, or 90s or 80s, doesent look like 70s to me but possible theoretically, Its a nice line, and some people (bushweed crew) pointed out that it has few very but very special phenos.
Why not do both? When injustice becomes law, rebellion becomes duty. It’s usually easy to fly under law enforcement’s radar.
The last part is debatable to me
…RIP @Subcool … 'talked about driving some wild loud purple muscle car & multicolored hair, green suspenders…
aloha
I practice the “Gray Man” strategy. I wear dull, drab colors and say little in public places. Even my truck is a very common make and model and it’s a very inconspicuous shade of green. Everything I do is geared toward fading into backgrounds.
Remaining pretty much invisible probably saved my skin in Iraq more times than firepower. I also grew up hunting deer and turkey, which requires stealth.
Welcome home, brother
I felt at home in NorCal - the epicenter of grey men. And, once the bars clear out and its just locals, some pretty cool stories get shared.
In fact, in Mendocino, theres a bar that has a wall painted with all the nation’s flags and inside he always has some super complex word game, if you know what i mean.
Georgia was a penal colony before the USA gained independence (The Revolutionary War was ultimately the reason Britain had to move its penal colony to Australia), and those attitudes are alive and well to this day. The relationship between the police and populace is complex. Southerners are very patriotic and pro-police, but are usually up to something illegal. Throw in the fact that many cops are from this area, where “everyone knows everyone else” (and many are related) and you’ve got a very convoluted situation. I’m not from here, and don’t even want to know about the inner workings of this area, but I’m a veteran, so they give me all possible benefit of doubt.
Anyway, this may be the Bible Belt but Southerners are a vice-ridden as anyone else; we’re just more subtle about it. Present an image of public virtue, and everyone is more willing to ignore your private vices. Plus, being a veteran is who knows how to use a little flattery has gotten me out of trouble more than once. A friend of mine got pulled over in Texas, and had a warrant on him, but the cop who pulled him over was also a vet. The dude handed the cop his VA card and instead of running his ID, he and the cop swapped war stories for about 10 minutes.
I feel right at home here. Everyone who lives out here in the countryside (we’re about 3-4 miles from town, a town that’s not even within 10 miles of an interstate highway) just wants to be left alone, and the cops respect that. We’re all armed to the teeth and largely police ourselves. The only time a cop has ever come to my house was many years ago, when they were going door-to-door looking for someone who had escaped from the local jail.
Makes me think of what a Unit guy told me,
A lil bit if respect will cost you nothing but may gain you everything
A lil bit of disrespect will gain you nothing, but may cost you everything
Unfortunately, VA cards are only for DoD, not DoS.
Though, one year recently i got pulled over 7 times in one year with an expired registration. Funniest time was when i came to an intersection the cops blocked off. I gave the cop in the street the shovel hand saying im going straight. Moments later 3 SUVs pull me over, run my name, then wish me a good day. I had about 7 pounds in turkey bags in the front seat and who knows how many pounds in the back seat.
Ok people, im gone from the Net now, i wont come back (besides im Personal Messages)
ive read alot, so rare are those tripweeds. its so rare that it draw me into reading OLD Threads here on icmag and overgrow mr.niceforum, and so forth, up and down. 7 freaking years long.
I found out that Terroir must be unbelevable important and IMHO is the reason why Thai, Congolese, Mexian were that good. Thats my greatest finding i ever made, its based on my extensive search for tripreports, and finding that tripweeds all come from Tropics, without much exeption…
Scientifically logically speaking: there is correlation between tropical belt and good weed, also there is eventual correlation between higher Elevations and good Weed ) . Thats possiby Terroir showing.
Whatever Continent, be it : Southern Indian Idukki gold, was coming exatly form a tropical higher elevation, not the coast… Vietnamese, from Mountain, Congolese some of the best came from Mountains.
The secound finding is Inbreeding Depression, Ive greatly heard from the few like Skunkman who strongly believe in inbreding dep. how firm they are, there are scientifical papers declaring it as prooven.
I found out where the trippyest Reports came from. took me Ages, like 3 years to finally find the same Legends like Congo to repeat over and over again, and none of the “unmentioned Areas” to ever create an exeptional report … That moment when i realized this consistency i thought: “oha, seems like this is no hype or hearsay, seems its actually simply the truth”
So, i found out most that i wanted, and of corse hunted alot… Hope i have it together now, have to follow my carrer, no more posting on the Forums
