“Seed Breeder” discussion/opinion

I find your comment amusing as when I look through comments of older punk bands videos on YT, most say the youth have no idea of what real music is anymore. Bands like Bad Religion, Pennywise NOFX Sex Pistols, Rancid etc and they don’t make this kind of music anymore period!

I lived that era, I also remember all the punks said it was all garbage because it wasn’t The Clash or the Ramones

Bad brains was my favorite. I knew marky and dee Dee Ramone nice guys. Anyway what’s the right strain for 2024?

I did smoke some weed last year that gave me a reaction I have not had in a very very long time. It gave me tunnel vision and I nearly passed out standing up. I literally had to take a chair and regain my composure. It really fucked me up LOL
That was a plant I grew last summer of @Tonygreen 's Stat Line (fems). Wicked potent but I had also been toking the whole 3 and half hour drive up into the mountains from sea level to my hunting spot and lit that joint as soon as we were parked and settled. Maybe a culmination of events led to that reaction… I dunno but it sliced through any tolerance I have built over the past 35 years of toking and thumped my ass hard LOL

That’s Amazing!

The Clash and Ramones were life changing for me, as was 70’s punk as a whole. Hip hop had the same effect, but so did the Beatles records I was given as a kid.

Were they as painfully shy as it seemed, or were they more quirky and quiet.

Normal guys but quiet musicians and dee dee
Was really New York. In touch with the streets and often preoccupied. Both friendly and approachable

That whole CBGB scene fascinates me. I’m a huge Talking Heads fan as well

It was dirty. Energy. Stage was small, but when you’re up there you feel like you’re in the crowd… Bathroom as reported. Same as most rock bars on Les. Also continental divide had a similar vibe. Was sad when they closed and now feel like another life. Limelight was insane craziest place I ever been

Well I may have a resurgence on that end by crossing the RKS into the CripXmas. Mixing those two buds gave me a taste profile similar to what I got in the 90’s and together the potency is very strong boosting RKS to feel “drugged up”

Which RKS you using the Heime?

These two examples are the perfect ones to illustrate the total absence of breeding buddy. It’s ones of the rares examples in the scene where it’s widely known, totally assumed, shared and almost never bastardized for free fame by the close actors of these weeds.

It’s not negative in my mouth, but the very reverse. It illustrate well also that this game is also all about an eclipse sometimes, just Jah blessing stoners at one point of the journey ^^

Then why even try to argue old isn’t better than new :man_shrugging:t2:

Yeah that’s often my point. There’s a lot of guys filling other guys seats as I’m sure many on OG know.

So to base breeding off of nice stories it is maybe just better to look at the plant. That’s what I do. Just look at the plant and smell it and smoke it. Then decide

Back in my day the threads used to be better.

if you read it again, I was parroting what typical old dudes often say. I was pointing out the absurdity of how every generation thinks older stuff from their time was better, when it’s just different

I used to have to use a dial up modem with telephone lines going uphill both ways, and I paid by the minute so I could look at one porn picture every 4.5 minutes. Those were the days!

I believe some things were better back in the day, but now I’ve got the world at my fingertips.
It’s definately a more interesting world to me, now.
