make sure they check your heart really good. i had three episodes that were stroke like, one where i lost my language and it scared the living shit out of me, and they never did find out the cause. they did find a hole in my heart that could be the issue though. it could be something like that. good luck with it.

Thanks @Tejas and @sfzombie13 for the thoughts. They checked my heart pretty damn good, and no blockages or abnormalities, I even passed the fizzy bubbly test, which is supposed to check for holes I guess.
Just waiting for the neurologist to get me in so we can start diving into this issue.
