@MissinBissin I came across some mention of purple stems on LSD here too, guess it’s fairly common.
G13HP survived vacation but it’s looking a bit extra crispy at 32F and I’m about ready to be done with the Citrus Feed experiment.
Got an itch to pop some beans and I’m thinking about what to do next. A pollen chuck in 1 gallons, perhaps.
Some milk bag enthusiast sent a pack of Nirvana Cali O F2s made from 90s stock, interested in working with those. Potential pairings…

Hey that’s Not too bad for vacation damage. I’m a little concerned about what I’m going to find when I come home.
I’ve grown the OGer and the silver mountain and I think either might pair well with the caliO but for no reason at all I’d think the silver mountain might make a good pairing. The silver has a lovely incense vibe that might mix nicely with the orange/exhaust of the cali. They were both 70-80 day strains give or take. But a cali/OG would be nothing to sneeze at either.

Well those do sound like good candidates and OG beans get bonus points. Was also thinking the C99 could make a nice stable base to use as a male, seems to turn out good hybrids. Might be nice to increase the Cali O seeds too, guess they’d be F4 since Nirvana probalby F2ed them to begin with.
I’m out of Promix for the next one, but I do have some coco just not sure if I want to be watering every day. I think I do better in coco but it’s a lot more effort.
G13 at day 40. Not my best work, but a good experiment anyway.
The NL outside looks pretty happy. Miracle Gro soil, handful of Osmocote, some 1 part Megacrop v2 here and there, heaping tbs per 5 gal.
In other news, the lungs have not been feeling too good again lately. Dunno if it’s just the consequences of my choices catching up, wildfire smoke, or something else… But I see a lot more infused oil and tincture in the near future.

It’s my understanding that they took a bunch of famous clones and bred them together with skunk seed plants which would make them F1s. That’d would mean you’ve I got F2s. But I could be wrong.
I’d very much like to try to g13. Been working with it but never actually tried it i it’s pure form.
Re: lungs/ rosin. I’m really digging this rosin. Like smoking without that gross I just smoked a ciharette feeling.

Yea they didn’t have the best rep back in the day so F? Is a reasonable bet. Either way I’m sure they’re fire if you can get them to germ.

Well I was just speculating, who knows for sure. We can go with F2. I trust your judgement anyway, whatever they are. Maybe they were crossed with the real deal roadkill skunk ? Or that weed that makes you feel like you’re in highschool again… 
I did try the G13 that ran long to ripen the seeds. Was a lay on the couch drooling kinda thing for me.
Still a bit to go but the ones coming up look pretty sad. Floyd was right. No more full cycle veg nutes for me.
If they are worth researching, I will keep you in mind.

Is really guess F2 but I don’t truly know. They were known for theft not line breeding back them.
It was my high school weed. And I enjoyed reliving it very much. But now the nostalgia is dead.

Nice! I know it’s ‘just caffeine’ but that’s not easy to do.
The pills worked, I’m off caffeine too. Feeling nice and relaxed and not like a zombie in the morning. Still bad at sleeping though.

I wanted to pop more there were so many nice packs spread across the table, but there’s only so much time and space and it’s probably already too many.
I went for ones from people I’ve traded with, have grown my stuff, active on the thread… plus pairing advice from some foreign fellow and I’m a generally fan of PSBC & C99. I lean a bit towards the older stuff too, all the ones I wished I could grow back in the day but couldn’t.
Caffeine is a hell of a drug… I do miss it. Generating value for the shareholders just simply isn’t the same without it!

I really hope the caliO works out. It’s not just a great nostalgia strain for me but taking my personal tidbits out it’s just a solid plant. Yields well, pretty, great smoke, doesn’t take too too long…
