LOL, yeah. I look at it more like a participation award since nobody ever wins these things. Perceived slights turn into insult wars that benefit nobody. That’s my opinion any way. If I am going to get into it with someone I really want to be within arms reach

…I guess I must be a moron because I’d drop $1000 on the right pack even today.
A few months ago I purchase Chem D BX3 from insane seed posse for 350. I saw value in that product, I wanted it, so I purchased it.
There’s a whole bunch that goes into that deciding factor… The strain, rarity, availability, lineage, marketing, branding, the personal connection to the strain.
On top of that, most of the real deal clones are held close in tight-knit circles. If you don’t know the right people how do you get them? Then not every wants to or is equipped with the knowledge to take in clones (potential diseases/pests).
I’ve purchased original packs of Mac Stomper 350+, Sugar Cane 300+ , Project 4516 Project 4516 … I’d say every single one of those was worth every penny.
I’ve also paid less than 100 for packs like Herijuana, Kashmir, and those were just as amazing in their own way. Does it mean the expensive packs were not worth it? Absolutely Not! They all had their unique qualities.
Why would anyone buy a $100K M5 BMW when a $15k Honda Civic will get you to the same place. Why do some cars from the 1990s sell for just as much, if not more than their modern day counter parts?
If by hustle you mean creative collaboration, took an L on profit to bring the pack to the community, and raise a bunch for the server in the same swoop, yeah I hustled the heck out of it.
…I could have just as easily f2’s the pack myself and sold them for much more than 35 a piece.

If by “L” you mean getting the money you asked for, all the while letting someone else grow and increase the seed count that you will eventually be broken off with, then yeah you hustled the heck out of it.

I would have got 1000 if I auctioned it elsewhere… Only reason I put it up for 650 was because it’s OG. And I did not know the seeds were coming to me until well after I started taking payments.

@DannyTerpintine, what you’ve done here with this seed run is wonderful and generous and thoughtful and helpful and…it’s sort of an OG thing that many of us are grateful for.
You do not need to justify anything to anyone. Beyond that, don’t get dragged into a “debate” by people who seem to enjoy rolling in shit. No one wins. Overgrow has an “Ignore” option for a reason.
