Excellent info as always! I saw a lotta Sour D plants around central/norcal and it never variegated. But I also had some obscure (non Sour) Diesel x Haze that would do it a little here and there. Never could pinpoint what that diesel was, but it looked just like the Diesel 2 Ive seen in recent years. But it for sure wasnt AJ, it actually had potency lol

That’s exactly this. But it’s also easily generated in progeny just in selfing one time a prone-specimen, as well.

The first cut called aj sour diesel that went around 10+ years ago didn’t have any variegation.

That looks like the plant dude from Brooklyn brought down and called NYC Diesel. We assumed the name was just Diesel, because he never shut up about NYC and we assumed he added that on there. Haha. I liked that stuff more than what he brought down as Sour Diesel, but most others didn’t agree. Nice plant you have there!!

It’s the daywrecker/original Diesel. I looked around for a while and got it from Southern Valley Genetics which was a vender for SeedCanary. I have a male nero lav male i hunted from BackyardBoogie420 in reveg i plan on making a clone and pollinating it with it.

That’s the same plant as Cloney’s, @Hapi. Farmerjoe got that one from me. I explained I got it from Cloney who lives in Albany. He is selling it as the Albany.

and I am noticing that a 9 week (pulled too early) Albany taste better as it cures, go figure

I have AJ’s currently, just got it, and wouldn’t mind running the others alongside to see what’s up. But, I have no clue what else is out there besides the Cloney and AJ’s. Feel like I’ve seen Skunktek, Notso, and was it Stone Farms or something? So stupid there are multiples. Haha.
