Star dog 2024

Wish they were my plants , with HPS it’s difficult to distinguish colours :see_no_evil:, I see purple petioles, check if it’s only the ones facing the lights directly (sun tan ds-850) or they are all around, that and some apparently blotches could mean Phosophorus deficiency …

Also saw this, I don’t know if it could be a male flower:

Do you see white flies around? These could be eggs:

You should tell me what you see and what are your suspicions, trim any damaged or bad looking leave an post a pic, hard to see anything wrong, maybe some clawing and burnt tips but overall they look good … beer3|nullxnull

Thank you @George I’ll take some better pics of the leafs tomorrow.

I’m trying a new nutrient it’s recommended 60/40 for flowering but I thought the K was pretty high compared to canna so I’ve been using it at 50/50 :face_with_hand_over_mouth:

There’s no flies or bugs that I can see and no buggy type damage I can see but I’ll double check that.
Many thanks

Hmm how can some be affected and some not?
I’ve checked ec and ph and everything as it should be

Idk how everything is getting the same yet only some plants are showing issues.

I’ve given one affected plant another 200ppm of calmag and I’ve dimmed the light to see if that helps, I don’t think its light but before the last increase everything was fine, it’s something else ruled out if it doesn’t help.

Hey Star Dog, are the plants you’re referring to directly under the light? Could be the lighting increase… almost looks like sulfur deficiency? Either way, the buds are still looking good!

Hey bud, yes they’re under the footprint of the light.

The last time I increased the intensity I thought I was maybe being a little quick, hopefully it clears up so I’ll know in future to leave max intensity to wk 4/5 :crossed_fingers:

Hopefully with the light turned down the yellowing will stop, can see it being overworked if it was directly under the light that’s turned up… might be an early finisher? Buds are still looking very frosty! Nice run~

Hey bud, nah it doesn’t look like it’s made any difference, I can’t help thinking it’s not necessarily something I’m doing or even a problem? The leafs look autumn like, they’re yellowing and coming of easily and without any blemishes on them ime that’s not the sign of over/under fed or too much light etc?

I think trying to fix them would likely cause problems with the others so I’ve accepted there’s nothing I can do for them now?

Cheers buddy.

My opinion is that some plants are just bigger eaters than others, genetically. They just look hungry to me.

Hey bud, thanks for your reply I don’t disagree with you on that butt I wouldn’t expect to see such a difference between them, the heavier feeders would look a bit meah but not as drastic as that, that said i’m going to mix up 2.5/6ec tomorrow and try it, thank you.

Friend, you got some real big dense buds over there.Do not be afraid to finish flowering and let them ripe as they are :fire:

Thanks buddy I appreciate your comment, I’m limited to what I can do I don’t want to upset the plants above so yeah i might have to just leave them like this.

I want to fix them but not at the cost of the others, hopefully a good feed will sort them🤞

Cheers bud

Hello folk’s I hope everyone is well, I’ve a few recent pics to share.

Hooray! :confetti_ball:
It’s that time again.

Bluchi v3, coastal blueberry, lemon cherry gelato, unicorn Island, blueberry twist and fruity pebbles.
Edit 16th May after 2 full days…

Bluchi, coastal blueberry, fruity pebbles, lemon cherry gelato and unicorn Island sprouted other cbb, bluchi and bbt still to sprout.

I’ve already started to harvest and there’s a couple that don’t have too long to go.

That’s barely 7 weeks though I’ve a hunch a bigger plant would take a bit longer?

@Synkra hey buddy roughly how long did the gf x lcg parents take in flower?
Thank you.

Take it easy folk’s

Hey folk’s, I could use a 2nd opinion on harvesting?

Namely these 3 plants?

To my eye one’s ready anytime and the other 2 only have a couple of weeks left, what do you think?

I’m reluctant because I’m counting them as 6/7 weeks but they were actually flipped back on February 28th and vegged with 12-12 so really idk how old they are?

Cheers

Kinda hard to tell visually. I don’t see any real new growth and most hairs appear to be dark. Leafy girls but beautiful. What the triches telling ya?

With the way you grow I can understand ya getting mixed up. You’ve always got a lot going on…lol.
