So have you seen or grown out any of that neroli x phone home open pollination you did? 
Sounds like watching for herms will be most necessary
I haven’t. The parents I used were stable since I kill off any herms the moment I see them.

Why would drug cultivars be always dioecious? I think notsodog made the point that some important building blocks of todays breeding like skunk#1, NL and Chemdog had herm traits.
Herm traits does not mean they are not dioecious. Herms and monoecious are not one in the same.
