I said space monkey tastes floral on another forum and pissed this dude off. Lol. Thats why I asked @other_barry what he though lavender taste like. Its a hard one to explain…whats your thoughts?

Aside from floral soap, I really dont know what other words I could put to it. It’s unique.

i would be hesitant to grow anything from serious seeds. about 10 years ago i grew some of their “chronic” strain and it was the weakest weed i’d ever tried. no smell/taste and no high. i always wondered about their AK47, specifically their cherry AK47 that’s one i would like to try, but only through a reputable cutting.

I got a freebie bean of their AK47 from an order and I am pretty excited to try it out. Like most places, they seem to have their fans, and others with not so great experiences, but seems like most people dig their work. I have 0 personal experience, yet.

Well I’d say some lavender varieties taste just like what the real flower smells like. It tastes like the smell of a flower. I have had other rose tasting buds. And different floral notes.

I’d try it at least once or twice to make sure . If it helped with insomnia, anxiety , or pain any I’d deal with the taste

I find floral taste in a lot of purple buds,… its odd but I can look forward to it almost always tasting like that and I really rather enjoy it. Now I agree the stuff that taste like soap sucks.

Thats strange. All the purple nugs i ever got had a nice sour berry type taste. The space monkey pheno i thought tastes best was what i would describe as potpourie smells in taste form but in a good way if that makes sense. It really coats your mouth. Its heavy and cedary with some sweet on it.

I have had potpourri tasting buds before, and it is wierd but it must be common amongst some growers around here and there. But I can always almost bet on a floral taste if the nugs are purps. Very wierd. I have @Heritagefarms soma lavender, I hope it lives up to its name. Had to grab a pack…

I have about 200 or so of those left i think. Lol. I was in on the initial buy in for the packs that created those f2s. I collected the $ and made the order…Havent got to them yet. Gave a few packs away though.

Yea. Me and 14 other people threw in money to buy 2 packs of Somas lavender from attitude seedbank. I collected the money. Made the order. Had it sent to a UK member so we got breeder packs so we knew it was legit. The packs were semt to heritage and 50. 50 got bugs and had to shut down during the seed run. Heritage had a successful run. I think each of the 15 people that threw in ended up with like 230 seeds each.
