Working in restaurants for a long time and cooking circles around people means you are good at preforming repetitive tasks with speed and accuracy. It doesn’t say shit about your pallet or that you can taste.
Not knowing you or getting to cook with you, I really do t think you taste or pallet is as decent as you think it is. I really don’t mean that as an insult, but rather something you could work on if you so choose. Everyone is different and has different level of inherent ability but everyone can get better at tasting. Mostly just by being mindful and paying attention to nuance.
I am saying sun grown weed isn’t better than indoor how is this soooo controversial?
I don’t find that to be at all controversial(although clearly it is a bit), but it seems like the point you continually are trying to make is that indoor is better.
Those are two different things. And a lot of the things you said contradict that stance. That is all
I’ve been cooking professionally for 25 years all around the world… I’ll take that Pepsi challenge any day.
If 9 tumours(one the size of a golf ball) gone in 10 months with all natural medicine isn’t enough evidence for you then you are in denial. Sucks for you homie.
Haha mad… nah man more amused by you piping up in every thread that gives nature props, there’s a huge world out there big fella.
“But I’m still right” is your mantra you have on repeat before bed every night.
I’m not sure this is so much about quality as it is about quantity, clouds and rain at the least would obscure the sun and peak hours are less than ‘lit’ hours; while indoor can be 20/4 and full blast with just the right nodes exposed.
yeah and this would be my point with the ‘photons are photons’ …mixed articficial lighting approaches but cannot duplicate the sun. At some point the difference is insignificant in the end product from a ‘taste’ standpoint though
taste is subjective and not everyone is wine taster by trade Certainly not anyone who smokes cigarettes. The taste experience changes by method of intake as well.
What you gonna fly up from Central America for a Chopped challenge? Alright guy. I’m in Michigan.
I’m stoked you cured your cancer…but not everyone who takes RSO and smokes weed survives cancer. It’s worth looking into, and I’d take it if I had cancer, but it’s clearly not a miracle drug. Joesy Whales died from cancer…was his problem not smoking enough?
No other medical treatments at all…no chemo no drugs…just weed? I find that hard to believe, to be frank.
If you look, I never said artificial light was better. I said indoor quality is usually better and the sun can be replicated. That being said, there are no cloudy days indoors and the bud growth seems to like the extra red.
We can replicate reef sun, too. Easily replicate the spectrum found 10’ under the surface. It ain’t just weed…you gonna tell me wild Tridacna are superior to something grown under a 10K MH?
No chemo, no pharmaceuticals just straight “hippie shit”, doctors are still scratching their heads.
Smoking and ingesting are two completely different things so Josey smoking as much he did isn’t going to attack cancer cells. So that example isn’t relevant.
The very same ones you use in your boss’s greenhouse. CMH, HPS, MH, the newer LEDs.
All grow fine plants. You think it’s hard to make a 5500K light that matches sunlight? I was using 6500K compact fluorescents 20 years ago; I’ve grown plants you haven’t heard of with them. It’s a matter of radiation wavelength. That’s it as much as you don’t want to hear it.
As someone who grows and smokes both indoors and outdoors, I would still say I prefer indoors. It’s cleaner, more dense, I get more terpenes, yields are higher, etc, maybe its just the lights I use, but hands down I would take my indoor all day. The outdoor is good, but just never hit the spot quite the same. Plus if you grind it up and do a qwet you will see how much dirt and crap is left in it even after a bud wash. Again just my opinion. And I am using IR, UVA, and full spectrum leds, in case anyone was wondering. Some of the light from the sun is actually bad for plants. Like UVC.
I think it takes a special kind of foolishness to look at a dank indoor bud or a beautiful orchid flower grown inside and say “no this isn’t replicating the sun at all”.
Do you only smoke weed grown under full sun outdoors without supplemental light?
I think it takes a special kind of foolishness to think it is replicating the sun. Just because a plant survives under a 6500k florescent doesn’t mean it’s putting out the same spectrum as the sun.
You continually dodge posts when you know you’re wrong. Show me a light that replicates the sun.
