Thanks for the kind words friend :smiling_face_with_three_hearts: The plants and genetics make it easy… much love to those before me! Blessings!

Beautiful as always! Those MWCB are taking over! Looks like there’s still room for more plants though! I vote for the thin mint, that’s a beautiful plant that I’d like to see again hehe.
My buddy just started flowering some MWCB I gave him. He found two males that were growing very vigorously compared to the females. I heard that sebring mentioned there could of been some pollen drift from the Primate OG male, so some aloha OG got mixed into the last batch of seeds. Well I got a nice male from him to collect pollen from :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:.

Thanks bud! Yeah I agree the poly thin mint is a looker, she’s vegging right now and will be put in next week probably

Happy little accidents :joy:

It seems they start flowering at 16 or so hours of light, so they start sooner but aren’t truly auto. But they can be grown bigger, and in theory, be a good one for outdoors for an early harvest.

Awesome, thanks for the clarification!

Just from what I read, I think badger was the one that got that info from Mark. It seems they are the f1 cross of an auto and regular, so faster flowering but not auto. When I was messaging Mark asking if he had ghost OG seeds, he said no, but he could pluck a few seeds out of a regular ghost that he hit with snow Ryder auto, what he sent me was labeled G105, same as his”105 day ghost” super auto.

I hate that term, would rather they stick with the “fast version” terminology. I always thought that was a lazy way to get rid of breeding stock.

Yeah, seems like you would have a wide variety of flowering times, with the auto genes winning out on some phenos and and photoperiod genes winning on others, with some in between. The auto trait is recessive right?

Full autoflower is recessive, but IME it seems like a plant with one auto gene and one photo gene will flower faster. The F1 generation will all have one auto gene and one photo gene. It’s the F2 generation where all the variation starts to show up.

For example the JLO plants I just grew finish in 8 weeks, the mother took 10-11, the father was an auto.

Cool, thanks for the info! Seems like a useful tool to bring down the flowering times on some of the equatorial varieties :+1:t4:

I think I’m going to bring the Sunny D tent down tonight. Seeing some amber in places, but think it’s mostly from when I disturbed and damaged some trichs by getting my arms and hands all up in there. I could honestly probably go another five days I think, but I’ve got 3 females and 4 males of Black Lime Special Reserve f4’s ready to go… and I need some full jars of SSDD

I am debating on making F5’s of the BLSR, but would need to find a space for the males for awhile… I could probably make it work if I let them get close to busting and then cut of their tops to let them finish in isolation. Might be tricky with timing, but I’ll try and make it work.

Here’s some un-edited, flash-on, lights out shots of bodhi’s Sunshine Daydream   :sunglasses:

Who knows what side won out weight-wise… any bets? :face_with_raised_eyebrow:

Don’t know which will win weight-wise… but they’re all winners in my book !! Goddamnittheyarebeautiful

You did an awesome job with the ssdd @iamyou_youareme !!

Thanks so much! I wish I could share a cutting with everybody out there… maybe one day I’ll self her and at least be able to share seeds.

Thank you @iamyou_youareme

And thank you now for whatever you do in the future !!

Once again and I can’t say it to often… I wish I was located in :us: or in :canada:… that way I could have enjoyed that cutting !!

@Swe-can One day all these draconian laws will be extinguished, and we’ll be able to share our medicine with each other freely… I can’t wait for that day friend!

Just a quick update on the big tent… I had to chop some of the tops on the MWCB on the left, she just wanted to go past the light and I can’t really bring it up much more :frowning: The one of the right is more under control and her buds are already starting to fill out nicely… while the one on the left is more lanky. There’s not really any distinguishable smells coming from either, but the one on the right has a stronger stem rub.

Also I threw the other SSDD (left) and Polynesian Thin Mint (right) I had vegging for awhile into the flower tent. No cage for the SSDD… yet. She usually doesn’t stretch enough to warrant it, I think.

Also, I just got crazy news that I’m moving across the country to Portland, Oregon! Where my Oregon peeps at?!

This is probably gonna be my last run in the big tent, gonna throw the Black Lime Special Reserve in the smaller tent and let them fly. Then time to break down everything and start up again

I lived in Portland for four years, from like ‘97 to ‘01. Lotta good restaurants. Bring your rain gear, it never, ever stops raining there. Although, now that I think about it, with climate change and all, maybe the rain’s let up some. Or maybe it’s gotten worse. I dunno. But moving from FL to Portland, the weather was a BIG shock. I actually started going to tanning booths haha!, just to get some light and warmth on my body.

Plants look good, btw. Bummer about having to take a little off the top on that one MWCB, but maybe that’s a good thing? Like you got a real Maui Wowie pheno. Or a real Cherry Bomb pheno haha.

Just needed to be growing more HPS weed!!! Portland is a kickass city. I loved playing pool at Reed College’s free pool hall for the three or four years I lived there. You could smoke AND smoke weed and drink underage in there. Fucking utopia!

I learned to grow weed right up the street from Reed, actually in the basement of the house that sat (sits?) exactly on the SE corner of 93rd and Woodstock. We called it the Fridge because it was a huge old mansion with no insulation or heating. lol but it had a great basement with multiple false walls and hidden rooms for growing, that exhausted straight out beneath the wraparound porch that faces north and west.

Yeah it’s gonna be an adventure… I’m not sure I’m ready for the weather, gonna miss my sunshine for sure. I’ve never lived out of my home state, I’m getting close to 40, it’s time to try something else  and hey, it’s legal to grow there now, which is a huge plus for me. Already thinking about setting up an organic bed, but I’m getting WAY ahead of myself, haha.

Thanks! Yeah I bent one cola over, but the other two I had to cut, I think they’ll recover ok though. The one on the right is leaning towards the photos I’ve seen of the MWCB so far, but the one of the left could surprise me too. They’re drinking like crazy, like two gallons a day, so be prepared to feed 'em if you grow them out!
