I might try more radical ratios now that I have enough to play around with. With so much on the line I stayed on the rails. Lol

Never seen it in any of my Candyberry grows.

Yes changing light times might help…
I veg for 16/8 all my grows…it seems to work…and take them to what’s recommended by past growers.
T LT say 15 weeks veg …but 16/8 is not there natural time in Corinto…it’s 12/12 ( approx every day…same here in Panama.
Ye permutations I’m sure would work…climate etc needs to come into it as well.
I will prob veg for 10 weeks my next grow. ( but be having a wee break
All sort of times on the web…but I’m at the stage I don’t go with all that…use my eyes.
and what fellow growers are doing.
That’s how it’s dead important to log the grows…im saving a lot just now on a personal log as well as on OG
I fear that we might lose Corinto like CG, and PR

Yes I agree
Thanks
different horses for different courses.
I thought I was going to regret planting all of those Oaxacan F2 #1 in a #7, but it turns out I haven’t. I’ve already got a pile of Oaxacan mixed up in a plastic bucket with lid that I smoke on every night.
I had decided to do that with every plant in the pot. Just dry it out, smoke a doob and mix it with the rest of them. In retrospect, I probably shouldn’t have done that with one I chopped a few days ago. So far it’s the best of all of them. The mix is still awesome, and I held a big fat baggie back for a family member that she might not get now. I think there are a very few seeds.
Anyway, very potent, a racy high that starts up a little nervous but that passes quickly (the nerves, not the buzz). Euphoric, excellent working buzz with introspective qualities. I posted a long tweet under its influence that I’m pretty proud of a couple of hours after.
@deeez99 kudos!
Nights mostly 50°s but next week supposed to dip toes into 30s for a night then back up so no issues there. It was 93° here a bit warmer then normal. She topped herself about 2wks into veg. Thanks for the props!
Also thanks @GREANDAL and @Panamajock for the kind words. I have some nice pics to update later.
Those nanan are looking amazing so much more trics than either of mine had but it grew so tight had rot issues at 30% Rh(about the level in my tent 30-40%) which surprised me. My pearl stem has brown pistils already, just a few brown on Oaxacan and Colombian gold hasn’t shown any receding pistils yet just purple pistils. Think she is gonna be a longer plant. I’m hoping for them to be done around my bday which lands second wk of December. Also lines up with freezing temps hit more often. I might have to pull the cg inside or put in a shed overnight to finish her.
This Jalisco from @pigeonman took off with new shoes and showed it’s a she! Yay
Classic structure… go get’m @Greenfingers
They’re a Beautiful pair
Corinto is going to stick around my friend. People like you and @GREANDAL will ensure that. There’s more old South American genetics available today than at any other time I’ve seen, and the younger generation seems to care alot about preservation. We few will keep the old stuff around for them…and let us be hopeful they are more responsible than the bulk of our generation has been and that they keep them around. I don’t have the same fears of extinction for many of the landraces that i was concerned about just a short time ago. I’ve seen a huge uptick of enthusiastic backyard preservers that has given me hope. A dedicated group of Western collectors and now indigenous strain hunters digging up their nations rare landrace holdouts to offer to these eager canna- enthusiasts. However, i still have great concern about the loss of diversity these same landraces are experiencing everyday, and now at the threshold of legality world-wide, that loss is excelerating as hybrids find a new home. We all need to buy up what we can now. Most seeds in rural areas are not found in freezers or climate controlled refrigerators. It takes between 5 and 7 years for a seed to go bad if it is exposed to varying humidity and temperature swings. Local climate dictates seed shelf life. If the locals grow hybrids for just a half dozen seasons in many places, 90% of their old seed could be dead…90% potential diversity loss. Sure some will store their seed well, but others have never needed to do so. Some landraces will fare better than others.
That’s Great greenfingers!
Look @ the opposite nodes all the way up makes it seem like huge space between nodes…and there is relativity
That’s very sturdy lookin’ plants
watch for the switch to alternate node…Very excellent sativa plant tendencies takes long time …long nodes
Thank for your kind words. This is my first try with this strain. I did Oaxaca so I’m using what I learned from that grow and adjusting accordingly, so far they look healthy.
The Oaxacans I have left that grew up in the same #7 are starting to collapse under their own weight.
I consider this my first really successful outdoor grow. I didn’t get a lot of weight growing inside, but this plant is a champ under the sun.
I also noticed the ones in the greenhouse are a week or two behind the ones completely outside. So day length doesn’t seem to be the only thing they respond to. One outside hasn’t finished, but it’s close enough to call now if I want to.
That’s simply Awesome!!!
Good times in the sun …Inside
works for me…yeah, wonder what weight you pull off all that…harvest time!
The biggest one looks like it’ll give me more than almost any hybrid I’ve grown in a tent.
Curious what sort of scents/aromas you’ve found on indoor versus outdoor versus greenhouse? Were the outdoor in the ground, or containers as well - presumably same soil mix? Also wondering how the effects will vary down the road, once you’ve had a chance to compare effects side by side
Oaxaca is one of those that needs to be well grown to get most out of it. 7 gallon pots as opposed to 3 or even 5 gallons made a huge difference with yield for me. Beautiful plants. They really shine when well grown. Glad they all finished for you.
so crazy winds the last couple of days ripped my santa marta Colombian gold in half. Thankfully i had sports wrap tape on hand and ready lol.
Cant get any close up shots cause of wind but here they are.
she already has pistils receding im thinking about wk 9-10 on her
