The Farms of Worcestershire

Starfighter approaching 10ft ,it would be a little bit shorter than the kayak, but it is leaning back a foot or half of a foot.

Random Mondays;
Vietnam Black is getting too heavy for her branches. Even tied to the ceiling she’s struggling to stay standing lmfao

A beneficial predator — assassin bug if I am not mistaken — and some funny damage turned a leaflet into a butterfly

Anyone here like peppers?? I got bell peppers🫑 going, and a few sweet Thai chili peppers :hot_pepper: too
I’m not 100% but I think @Worcestershire_Farms might be trying to run some garlic this year, has anyone tried to run garlic before any tips?
Ohhh and a starfighter clone from @Worcestershire_Farms starfighter lol. And yes we’re not going to mention how hungry the green bell peppers are :joy:

Yeah, I’m hoping to cover a quarter acre in October and harvest in May, as the scapes appear, but before they flower. Should yield between 5 and 10 times whatever I can plant. Prices online seem a bit higher than what I expected, so I’m still looking at sources. Gotta check the Farmers Coop store, see what they say.

How many weeks into flower are you?

@Tejas lol idk but I do know she went into flower on May 5th, and woah Is she still going . @Worcestershire_Farms said this morning he didn’t see any new white hairs lol so maybe she’s coming to her end?

Just because you’re not seeing any hairs that mean she is finished. It could be the fruit just ripening up. Lol that is usually a good indication as one that hairs stop. Sounds like you’re happy that’s what I’m talking about.

“anyone like food?”
Like who doesn’t right?
Anyway A good friend gave me so many tomatoes I decided to make a sauce from scratch u know a lil basil , Hamburg, 3 different color bell peppers(orange, yellow, green) sliced thin not thick, some black pepper , lil white pepper, black pepper too, can’t forget some garlic, I really like garlic lol, obviously some salt, imagine spaghetti sauce without salt…
Basic brand noodles, is there fancy noodles? Lmk…

In the end the tomatoes made a very good spaghetti and I’m super happy it didn’t end up in the compost pile lol.

Sour Diesel x OGer f1 is the first to lose a bud to caterpillars. Sad to see. I excised the damaged material, and crossing my fingers it doesn’t spread.

MAC V2 frosting up already.

I’ve been calling her the “Lace-leaf cut” because the bugs just won’t leave her alone. And she just keeps going like it never happened. She’s honestly a delight to have in the garden.

Amongst the cannabis is something like 300 linear feet of Blackberries, and they attract Japanese Beetles like WOAH. I don’t know what it is, but those beetles love her. There are other Cannabis plants within inches of her, that are almost untouched.

The solution to Japanese Beetles is called Milky Spore Disease, that we can cause with Paenibacillus Poppillae. Like Beauvaria Bassiana it’s a highly targeted microbe that doesn’t effect most other life forms. But. It needs a couple months of warm soil to really take effect, so it’s too late in the season to get a proper dose in this year.
