Arguably both of the last couple strains I posted were Pretendica.

I am not sure if you use a translator or not. “Pretendica” is “Pretend Indica”. A slang for the shorter flowering hybrid varieties that got popular in Mexico. Basically a sativa type plant with an Indica type structure and flower time.
That ‘93 is a good example. Finishes in +/- 70 days, has loose cactus looking buds, and a predominantly sativa high on a compact plant. Is it sativa? Is it Indica? Neither. Or maybe both. It is “Pretendica”.

I had read elsewhere a discussion which talked about the (unauthorised) sale of pure lambsbread, among these there was also exotic, and now that it has been pointed out to me, also the guy on hempdepot, with a fancy story…

He has that thread in link…says ‘Jamaican hybrid’
Its grover telling story about hybrid he was making and meantime riddly (tlt) got a hold of the seeds to the pure landrace side
which was really found in bag seed…

If he was a good breeder, i cant say, but his Mexican had some interesting phenotypes.
Mexican i smoked wasnt the strongest, but Jamaican early 90s and pre-2010 Mama Thai from Seedsman.Mama Thai was even for the daily coffeeshop visitor to strong.
Buddha Thai (Jamaican x Thai) from Barney’s was another one i liked very much.Barney’s stuff is mostly from Reeferman.

I have one I got many years ago. The Colombian I have is my Colombian Red I have had for over 10 years. It originally came from Paraguay. Originated from Colombia. Beautiful plant that finishes earlier than most Colombians.
