There will be some type of laminate over the ply. Just not sure what yet.
Hell, may fill the lines and just poly it :thinking:

I have a ways to go yet. 2 12" subs need built in yet, the center speakers and the surround speakers. Also have shakers for the couch :joy:

the quality of the cables in the system make a big difference in the sound.
I know you have to use what you have but ask around someone might be upgrading to even better connections

Give it time…:rofl::joy::rofl:

Thank you for the kind words. Still, a long way to go, but quite honestly, pretty damn proud what I have done, and what I am doing. Especially since “they” said it was impossible.
I have come to learn something about our country during all of this. It’s not a lack of minimum wage that we have, it’s a LACK OF SKILLS that this country has. You can live a damn fine life still on one income, under 50 grand a year as a family.

And this place is in no way perfect, nor ever will be. But will always be paid for, and imperfect by my own hands.

I renovated and put an apartment into a dilapidated century home in a major city with no experience. So I know a little something about what I’m talking about.

You’ve done some very fine work. The real trick will be to figure out when it’s “done.” :+1:

I did have someone throw a lit flare on my roof when I was a teenager. He didn’t want to apologize at first but after some “convincing” he changed his mind.

Yes, that sort of action would probably encourage me to do some convincing of my own.

What a dick move.
