Google blue hemp seeds there’s a French site which you can switch to English. I’ll look again though

Blue forest farms? Blue dog hemp?

Cannapedia

Yep this is a totally different product.
The other product now makes me think of yakult.
This has bacillus subtilis in it but is more like ox-tail soup colour, and smells marker pen solvents on top of more organic smells

Hi guys, good to hear there are some remedys/products available for the dreaded rot ! We had some early rains causing it on some flowering outdoor girls, what a bummer! Will work thru steps mentioned here , cleanup , clip and spray with hydrogen p. Is it safe to smoke or injest buds with rot?

You can make hash out of moldy buds. Throw them immediately in the freezer upon Harvest to stop the advance of the mold. Make water hash with them. I’ve done it. And I have read you can do it which is why I did it in the first place. Didn’t seem any different than the other hash I made. If you look at some of the landrace buds they harvest overseas, they’re all brown looking with bits of dying matter all over the place. I rejected all the extremely fuzzy stuff and anything that was mushy, but if something had just gotten the mold I went ahead and froze it.

That Derg Corra Collective carries that leb 27 too i think.

Thanks for the hash tip ! I’m assuming you should be able to cook with it since the heat would destroy the fungus…

Yeah I’ve heard you can make hash out of it. Makes sense as I can’t see mould penetrating an oil or resins.
I used to chop about an inch of good bud of when mould shows like someone who can’t stand fat on there steak

I would think you could cook with it too, but separate the resin first or it will taste nasty.

Possibly sure there’s some more information out there somewhere?

All of the information I have gathered in the past about using moldy bits would have come from High Times or skunk magazine. I think I’ve read about it in multiple articles over the years. The part about the flavor of the food being ruined is my own opinion though.

Personally I would not use mouldy bits for anything. It’s a bit like cooking with mouldy veg or meat, you just don’t and then burning and inhaling it? Ewww

Making hash works though think I read it in Jorge Cervantes book

I haven’t made hash with rot but I’ve done it with powdery mildew. It worked great and produced some excellent smoke.

For sure it works and contains thc/cbd it’s just health implications as I’m very aware how weak my body is.
