Thanks @estab87. Its been a long week. I appreciate the support. Makes me feel like keeping up the pics.
It’s late here, I’m awake enough give some support to keep your pics coming… excellent quality and always awesome content.
Cold air still in the room from letting the dogs out, even they are sleeping.
Better get a fire going and warm it up in here before I get to some sleep.
I’d like to put together a video for you of your pictures like this
Start to finish or primarily bud shots, your choice.
Be good to yourself
Damn that would be so cool @Heliosphear. I would be so honoured. Thanks so much… February is always rough on me. Gotta keep this going then.
Mindblower Haze - Week 10.
So MB1 is definitely the happier of the two girls. I ran into some sort of deficiency a few weeks ago and I think I finally got it mostly sorted. It could very well be the low temps that I see in the tent at night. I have read that low night temps can inhibit P uptake, which I think? was part of the problem. Good news is MB3 is showing nice green new growth and seems to be drinking more again. Resin is not lacking on these babies. MB1 is the frostier of the two but that could just be from being the happier one. They are foxtailing out a bit. I don’t mind… hopefully that’s some of those Thai genetics rearing their head for me to enjoy. Smells range from pineapple/mango, welding shop, hazy, oily creosote, to musky.
I want to share something from my friend Maha Kala, breeder of Mindblower Haze. Its on breeding.
"new fresh innovative controversial subversive abundant uncompromising undiscovered FORMS of haze hybrid.
we are in front row, on first wave, we are pioneers of new forms, benders of new corners, creators of new styles, searchers for new experiences, diggers of new categories, changers of the course, where we are going, there aint stopping, where mediocrity is no option. inventors of new herbs.
and here is our manifest:
-
we want the herb that takes you high for hours
-
we want the herb which is maximally cerebral and psychoactive.
-
we want herb that builds minimal tolerance.
-
we want herb that brings joy and pleasure to our hearts.
-
we want herb which elevates human spirit to non expectable highs.
-
we want herb which designs our minds into new mental, emotional and energetic levels.
-
we want herb that allows us to hear big sound of this atomic age.
-
we want herb which taste beyond our imagination.
Let create it, right now! right here!"
IMO the best breeding is done by people like you and me, on OG, people not looking for money or accolades, in basements, gardens and tents. People not selecting for Instagram budporn shots but rather what speaks to them. Renegades of this Atomic Age.
Anyways here’s some Instagram budporn pics.
People with their own philosophies change the course of history… alright renegade of phunk, I’m currently working on 2 videos and character for @Shadey as the winner of must votes over all categories in the POTY contest. When completed I will have several questions for you about what you wanna see in the video.
Those are beautiful pictures of delicious sativa buds.
If anyone wants to get involved with donating a few packs of seeds to my next charity fundraiser… send me a PM. I’m starting to gear up.
Ok here we go…
Mindblower Haze DAY 75
I miscounted my days… we are a bit earlier on than I thought. Possibly looking at end of the month chop… just enough for a slow dry and a bit of a cure for 420.
Those buds are magnificent @TopicalWave
Do you think they’ll both finish around the same time? I remember you saying that MB3 was having an issue. They both look great, especially the hairs in MB1.
Hmm they may not finish at exactly the same time but I don’t think the MB 3 will be immature at that point at around 13.5 ish weeks. I can tell both are putting on some foxtail weight right now… your right the lime green pistils popping out of the dark green and purple MB1 is pretty striking I think. The big tops I am going to dry separately to see if there is a difference in effects as they should be more mature.
Thanks @Heliosphear!
Hey @TopicalWave , this is my first time running into you here, and I’m totally digging your style!
I bookmarked the quote from Maha Kala, it def had me feeling some kinda way. Sounds like a soul we’d be blessed to have around this community too, if they were interested.
I also see @Heliosphear all up in here, and that’s usually a good indicator that the vibes are high!
I also gotta give honor and props for the charitable work you’re organizing. I feel like there are a ton of folks who would be willing to contribute beans; have you made a post over in the trading post yet? It would have a ton of visibility there methinks.
Thanks for sharing about your efforts, apologies for the marathon post, and just for kicks:
I bless this grow with the headiest of Heady Bear vibes!
@HeadyBearAdventures Hey you just dropped in at the perfect time my friend. Things are getting spicy in the tent.
I probably have enough donations already from last time and the people I have reached out to already. There will be lots of stuff from OGs, some from my friends, some other vendors. I don’t want to bite off more than I can chew! I paid all the shipping expenses last time and it adds up plus the time it takes to pack envelopes. Lots of Ogs here do more than I.
Thnaks for popping in
They are looking great. Awesome job.
@Sativascience Thanks bud, I see you
So after some thought the next charity I have chosen to support with a seed auction scheduled for April 1-7 is The Edmonton Food Bank .
I have done some volunteering there myself over the years I can attest the good work they do. I used to pack up hampers for families and if I saw there were kids in the family I would make sure a few extra sweets went in. I was even able to put in a birthday cake in a hamper one time when I knew it was a kids birthday. Their financials are solid and I feel really good about throwing my support behind them. Stay tuned.
There are two kinds of people, your the other one. Much Respect
So I decided to pop some seeds in preparation for next run. I settled on C99 x BB by PeakseedBC. Wanted something quicker and fruity so these beans should have me covered.
