That’s just beautiful! You are in for a treat! These are tricky to time harvest. You want to harvest when the flowers are going bad faster than they are coming on. So when you see that new growth is slowing, and the very first beads are beginning to look dingy, it’s getting to be time. Thirteen to sixteen weeks with this pheno. I had a weeping plant last summer and its my favorite plant i’ve ever grown. The smoke is the stuff Old timers still talk about. Pine/ cedar/Incensey goodness. Yeah, you definitely got yourself a silversides pheno. Don’t waste all that good stem resin when you harvest. It’s very delicate and you’ll have to be careful when drying that you don’t overdry, because the flowers dry quicker than the plant, if hung whole, which i recommend To extend the dry time as long as possible. You want to pull those pretty beads off of there before they are dry enough to have their resin go flying everywhere too, and finish drying in a pile, or even better, a loosely sealed walmart bag. Plan to do some work over a piece of glass or mirror or something else that you can collect the resin off of, because you’re going to have a pile of it😁 when you are done. Well done!

Damn buddy, another beauty! I’ve got to get into some of my own gear one of these days soon, lol. Looks like another Silversides, crossed perhaps with something else. but I couldn’t tell you what, looking at the picture. Maybe Durban or viet black. Have to hear about the high to know. You are in for another treat. I’m very happy for you that you found such nice plants. Let’s me know i’m headed in the right direction with my breeding. What size container did you finish everything in, and what light are you using? Please post those pics in the Central American landrace thread. The boys are going to drool over those😁

It’s not a mess, it’s a work of art. Lol. A real beauty to behold in person. A pure delight to smoke. Every puff is satisfying, and it won’t take many of them to set you sailing.
As far as trimming…just grip the stem and strip the stem. The grip and strip method. You end up with very little stem ( its smokable when its so skinny it breaks off on you)or leaf and a pile of those beads with each little branch. Just run your fingers along the branch until it finally snaps off in your fingers. At that point, I leave those beads on that little stem and smoke the stems, too.

Here’s the weeping Silversides I had last summer. I think a lot more plants would reach this stage with some veg time or larger pots. I’m going to up pot my plants today, hoping that they can get to this stage or close to it.

I have four lights one of these runs 120w

And two 65w and one 130w of this
I really like these 3 lights have one for veg too. As far as pot size not 100% sure but would say weeping one is in 3 gallon and other is 5 or 6 gallon

So is that 4 of the 120s in one tent and 2 65’s and a 120 in the other? Or 2 120s, one of each brand, and 2 65’s of the 2nd brand total? They work well, I see.

Its two 65w one 130w same brand and one 120w in 1 tent.

All in jar for about 7 days minus a little I keifed since there’s no trim smoked a bowl last night and joint in the morning me and wife really like it at first the taste is a little rough but think it will mellow with cure it has a very strong wood smell and taste. Smells stronger now then did when growing. The buzz is pretty strong really likeing this one. Will cure for awhile and give full smoke report then.

And thank you @upstate for the opportunity to grow these sativas.

For sure it will be real tasty after just a couple weeks. I smoke the stems, but removed it does smoke a little smoother. Once cured, i dont even notice them. That plant was just crazy beautiful! . Outdoors in a big pot it would be epic. Imagine it 3 or 4 times bigger😁Nice work keeping it happy and healthy til the end.
Did you get a cutting? Round two they harvest 2 weeks faster. 12.5 weeks for a pearl pheno is really quick.
Thanks for growing it! You ever want to try anything else, let me know.
Top 3 coolest plants I ever saw.

Yep I have a cut in flower now going to hit it with a pine smelling romulan male

So the Peshawar Afghani you sent got one female and one male. I don’t have room to accommodate a male plant so it’s getting the chop.

male plant love the leaf structure oh well
this is the female I topped a couple days ago. The male I’m gonna keep for a couple days before axe cause I thought I spied a female preflower but definitely balls. Hoping only a couple balls I can pluck but pretty sure at best might be full herm.
