Went to my local Costco today, 80 miles round trip and picked up a few items, I figured I’d give it a shot and see how they are…even though I don’t do holidays, I still make/prepare good eats folks…

A nice chop cut from the loin end.
The chop pan fried with a simple pan sauce, fresh melted apples (two golden delicious, one granny Smith), and roasted Brussels sprouts and red potatoes. It was every bit as delicious as it looks.

They are called ‘Tangles’… have them at Walmart, Amazon, Target etc…
