i just encountered one of the worst noodle dishes i’ve ever had. “beef lo mein” was just dried out flavorless noodles, almost nothing else. i have some extra spicy mongolian combination (beef/chicken/shrimp) i’m saving for later though which hopefully makes up for it… oh well
