I made a Slavic fruit cheese yesterday and will take a snap of it once it’s pulled from the terracotta pot mold.

the fruit isn’t very slavic as I went with :mango: (Mango).

Going to pop this rib roast in the sous vide for 8 hours and have it for dinner tonight. Should be pretty damn good. Local butcher had a sale on and was basically giving them away. Paid 25 dollars for prime rib roast…. Insane. .

@PhilCuisine I once made jalapeño poppers for a restaurant owner as a favor for his wife and her friends, and she made sure he put em on the menu, lol. I fucked myself on that one

I’d blister the skins off with a blowtorch while they were on the grill so the flour/eggwash/breadcrumb would stick.

I haven’t felt the need to prove myself to anyone about anything since, haha
