Today was awesome! The February fire workshop was fun, the smoke was dope, and I went to the homebrew shop for some more supplies. A hydrometer, potassium sorbate, and more yeast & nutrients

I don’t even know if I quite remember.
It’s a specific gravity test. So it’s just a number written down before and after, then some bonehead math.

Yeah, I know nothing of before, to compare to the after 
It’ll calculate the alcohol % from the fermentation. I’ll get everything figured out eventually lol
