Starting with the plant nearest to me on the left and working clockwise.
I did get some nice fruity smells and some dankness from the one in the back right.

Today was a good day. Went to the grow shop for an event. Got a new nectar collector
Some more homebrew stuff, but I forgot the rubber stoppers for the jugs
My favorite part of the day was when I was setting up to do a dab with turtle, I was waiting for him to do a sale before bothering him. I asked for the torch and dabtool and one lady jokingly said I wanted too damn much, and turtle said with flower rosin like that he can have whatever he wants

Gave it a sample taste too.
Conclusion, I don’t like it this was just honey water and yeast, with a cinnamon secondary infusion. Hopefully the fruit ferments will turn out better.

Is it alcoholic? Mead I’ve had in the past (someone else made it) was pretty close to wine. 12% maybe?
That, I think, was just honey with some added after fermentation and pasteurization for some sweetness. From brewing beer, the type of yeast has a huge influence on not just the alcoholic content but also the overall flavor.
Been close to pulling the trigger on some supplies to give it a try.
I can taste alcohol, but it’s not overpowering. I’d say it’s pretty wine like. I should have taken measurements. I really need to discipline myself with that.
I did backsweeten with some honey after stabilizing. It definitely has a sweet taste. I just don’t know what I like yet lol
I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t extremely excited for the pineapple mead lmao. I’d be so upset if I don’t like it.
