The cut my friend has is cheesy, sharp no citrus exactly as you say, it has almost a skunky flavour highlight also and It stinks in a good way.

I have ran a few s1s of the csi humboldt uk cheese and they all came out very simular with cheesy / fruity smells. I kept 2 phenos 1 being the fastest flowering around 56 days leaning more towards a fruity/cheesy and having darker buds once cured and 1 having the best bag appeal with lighter buds and being straight cheesy cut at day 65. Not very potent but unique compared to what I see nowadays going around. Also it Clones very easily compared to everything else I have running at the moment .

Probably not what most of you are looking for, and I’ve only seen others grow and recommend it, but northern cheese haze from Mephisto is supposed to be lovely.

I had one hazeman blue stilton plant that really stood out. Frosty as hell and had a sweet cream cheese smell. Wish i would of kept it.

Looks delicious. I went to Philadelphia a few tears back for a metal show. We walked into this crazy old school meat and cheese shop. The guy working there let us sample this cheese that looked like a big, green, blobby, piece of mold. When he cut into it, all this white cream oozed out. Looked absolutely disgusting… was some of the most delicious cheese ive ever had. Ill have to try and find the pics.

I could if I ran them at different times but wouldn’t be able to keep pollen separate at the same time

Just isolate different bud sites on fem plant and paint the different pollens a day apart, mark them so u know what is what 6 weeks down the line, do it all the time…
