I suppose it makes sense, if water killed pollen than you would likely never get reproduction in nature as a rain storm would wipe out all the pollen.

If your pollinating outside do it in the morning after the dew has passed so the pollen has time to do its thing. Last couple attempts I made were late evening and couldn’t figure out why the pollen wasn’t taking. Come to find out it was the dew killing it

So I have read through the whole thread and it has gave me a pretty good idea how to produce seeds just reading everybody’s input pretty neat to learn that you can do different branches with different pollen using plastic bags and spraying them with water to seclude individual branches ….five different pollen strains…one female. Five branches …mind blown but what I didn’t see is how to actually pollinate like do you just sprinkle the pollen over the pistols …

Yes there are lots of ways to do it. Even with just pollinating a few lowers you can end up with ALOT of seeds.
No reason you can’t do the whole plant but I wanted some flower off her too.

You will get some overspray but if you’re careful it shouldn’t be too much.

I did a single branch of my ChocThai cause it’s the first time I’ll have the strain in 20 years so I wanted plenty of bud.
