Do you think the Blueberry Cookies could just be a photo instead of an auto since it took so long to start flowering?

There is no substitute for the sun man. I think the same thing every time I see those. “It would be nice to do this outside”. Even one or two would be nice but I’ll have to wait for the laws to make better sense.
They are beautiful though. Dang near as long as your forearm. That’s impressive. :muscle:

@Greasy
It honestly could be and just be mislabeled.
It came as a single seed freebie from attitude and was labeled Blueberry Cookies Fem Auto by freedom of seeds
Post 17 of this journal has the package labeled fem auto
@MoBilly
I’m lucky to live in a subdivided house with two addresses,4 per household!
And I have awesome retired neighbours that don’t care what I do as long as I don’t throw party’s
@Qtip ya man I’m impressed by some of the colours they’re showing, the chilly temps at night must be helping bring it out

How cold you getting overnight? We are seeing 12. Do your photos finish before frost? Mine are just showing first signs of flower

Last night it was 10-11 but two days previous it was raining and hit as low as 6-7 for a hour or more over night
Been taking the leaf blower to them to dry them off In the mornings when it rains

And this thing when necessary

Looking great! Quite the haul to be sure. In the depths of winter those buds are going to be tasty.:+1:

8 different strains, should be some nice variety for the winter.
I’m hoping this wash will clean off the few dead bugs I saw in the scope. Anyone ever wash their outdoor crop?
I’ve only read about it and it seems common in California but we had a lot of smoke this year and it seems to make sense. Just shake em off really well after

Thanks so much @MoBilly I’ve got lots to learn but I’m super happy everything has made it this far

I’ve done the three bucket dip couple of times on some indoor just fucking around and was surprised it dried faster than the unwashed buds.

Oh really? Dried quicker that’s surprising!
Think I should do a main wash in the big bucket and a small rinse in a separate bucket?

I believe I did cold rinse with peroxide, cold rinse and then warm rinse. Maybe do warm in small to finish. I think it dries quicker because it opens the buds up.

What was the peroxide for?
To prevent rot?

Beats me, I just found some guide and did what it told me lol. Some say lemon juice or vinegar but I preferred the idea of the hydrogen peroxide.

Hey Wubba do you know the date you sprouted the Mazarilla? Mine sprouted June 8 and I figure they have 2 - 3 weeks to go yet. Still lots of fresh white hairs all over and the colas just starting to stack up and get phat.

I went out just as it was getting dark and the rain had stopped to shake the plants a bit and took some flash pics.

The A plant.

I’ve got to rig a cover I can toss up in a hurry when it rains. I do not want any bud rot on my babies! Dry as a popcorn fart all summer and with my luck it will rain every day for the next 3 weeks. :frowning:

I don’t have the largest buds on some of these autos but the mazarilla and the gorilla are about 20% amber(I’d prefer 30%) with no white hairs left.
They were started late in those 4.5 gallon pots on June 9-11(exact day is up in the journal^)
The sunset vibes is about 30+% and started much earlier.

The acid Kush and fighting gorilla have another week maybe.
The two photos and the blueberry cookies will be finished in my heated garage

Calling for rain tonight and tomorrow around here, just what I was looking to avoid for the girls

Edit-
Say I just wana wash dirt and the odd bug off this outdoor, should I use some peroxide in the water or just keep on doing what I was doing?

I’m not sure. I’ve read a few different ones but need to pick one and go with it for my plants too but I’m thinking the rain is washing off most of the schmutz so might not bother bud washing.

I’ve seen recipes with peroxide, baking soda, lemon juice so not sure which way is best. We didn’t get much smoke up here and I hit them pretty hard with the garden hose sprayer a couple times to help get rid of those thrips which are almost gone now and were only on the leaves so none in the buds.

I got no amber and still lots of clear trichs on my girls so a way to go yet. Really odd yours is done so fast but could just be a different pheno. Thinking of dusting a few lower buds on them with the Earth Lover fem pollen just for shits and giggles.

I’m gonna try water wash and I’ll report back in here with my results.

Must be a fast couple phenos because it’s like 2 months seed to harvest!
We’ll see if yours get any crazy purple or reds like mine

Why the heck not could be a interesting cross and more seeds is never bad!

The C plant is going seriously purple in the top leaves and the B one is getting some purple buds. Been getting down to 4 or 5C at night so if cold brings out the purps them maybe they’ll get a lot more that way.

We’ll have to swap some bud from the Mazars so we can taste what the different phenos are like. My little C girl seems to have the best Mazar buzz so far but she’s a poor producer.
