I had a thought about why yours are done faster than mine. I’m not getting as many hours of direct sunlight on my girls as trees block the morning sun for a good hour and the chicken coop loses me 2 or 3 hours at least every evening. Planning on moving the patch into a raised bed out in the open but the wind is ferocious out there at times. Need to build a greenhouse big enough for me and the wife. She wants to cover the whole back yard so how much does a 1 acre greenhouse cost? 
Don’t put aside too much. I’m mainly interested in getting a good Mazar one so for now on any I grow will get STS treatment on a branch so when mature I can see what the buzz is like on the buds and use the pollen that comes from the one that makes me grin the hardest to make seeds with others like it. Fine tune the genetics over a few generations. I should probably just try to find some good old Mazar seeds and just grow those. That Mazar auto that was used to make the Mazarilla would be great so maybe I should pm @Urban_Legends and see if there might be some kicking around.
Dirty girls eh. Maybe I should try a test wash with a branch or two and see what it looks like. What did you use for the washing part and how much in how much water?

Yeah Dub. This is to ensure unseen mould spores are washed away, and will reduce the chances of bud rot arsing again during the drying process.

I bought a brand new 20 gallon garbage pail for washing my buds, but after doing the one plant last night I’d probably do two smaller buckets going forward.
After one branch there was so much junk and a skim on the water I basically scooped the top of the water out every branch.
This is after skimming and dumping half
The photo probably doesn’t show the gross skim on top and the dirtiness.
I just used straight water but would be willing to try peroxide on thicker buds in the future
Edit-if anyone knows of a store going out of businesses these things are sick if you can find any around.made for hanging products on end caps it works great for drying

I might have to try a branch or two and see what it looks like.
Found a mature seed on the branch that I pollinated with a tiny bit of the STS pollen. Was checking out the newly pollinated white hairs and noticed an obviously seed bearing calyx. I carefully split it open and a all dark seed was in there so have it in a little baggie with a note. Had to have come from that Dragon Heart male that I collected pollen from a while back as that’s the only pollen I’ve handled since last summer. I’ll be checking that bunch of buds really close to see if there are any more so I don’t end up growing any out thinking they are from the fem pollen. Any seeds I find elsewhere on the plant when I harvest I will discard as interlopers.
Pissed down rain again tonight and had to go out there at 10pm and get the tarp I rigged up today over them and shake them all off good. 5 min later it stopped and the stars came out. Still spotty thunderheads swinging by so the tarp stays on until I get up around 10.

I should probably just have my third coffee of the day and let this go but reindeer naturals really bothered me yesterday.
First of all they used to sell 1.5kg or 20kg bags or neem meal. Now they only sell 1.5 and 9kg bags, The price per kg has gone way up over the years with the new packaging.
So W/E I grab 18kg and my friend grabs 9kg, it seems more expensive but they said we qualified for free shipping so I called it good.
We pay the bill and we wake up to a email charging us another $76 for damn shipping…unacceptable if you ask me. I will be changing my 5 star google review of their business today.
If anyone knows a place in Canada to get reasonably priced neem meal please chime in I’m looking for a new source!

It rained pretty hard here last night too I got caught in the rain setting up cover for the girls lol.
Well hopefully that is seeds from the dragon heart it would be cool to have a maz cross
Edit- I think it’s worth trying a couple branches man. I was just gonna do one plant to see the difference and I was so grossed out I plan on going all the outdoor this way, might even do my indoor with all the cats at my house

What’s the deal with neem meal? I’ve never used it and the plants seem to grow fine without it. I’m thinking of setting up some worm tubs to get my own worm castings the damn stuff is so expensive.
That pollen didn’t get on the Mazarilla tho it could have but I haven’t looked that hard to see if any seeds are forming on them. It was on the Earth Lover and the Monkey Banana Kush in the grow room I found the seeds. Found two more on that pollinated branch and really dug into it last night to find those. A couple on the MBK too from a casual look.
When I was spraying the STS on the EL I also gave a tiny branch on the MBK a couple zaps and damned if I didn’t find balls forming on it too and it only got a couple blasts. I did give it a hit of the stronger STS so maybe it needed to be stronger to work. Boy am I making plans to fem seed everything I want to keep growing! The Mazarilla for sure.

I’ve burned so many plants over the years with blood,bone,fishbone meals,guanos that I mostly use kelp,neem,soybean and alfalfa now for my mixes.
I still use the hot products just sparingly or In Teas. Just what I’m used to but, I may have to switch my style up sooner rather than later from the looks of it.
Neem is nice because in theory it has a small amount of the oil left in if from pressing and your less likely to get things like fungus gnats from overwatering,don’t get me wrong I’ve gotten them with it,but I like the stuff.
It also all sorts of trace minerals and elements besides the 4-3-2 labeled on the bag

Just one shot with the stronger sts to get some balls that’s impressive,maybe a slightly stronger mix is the trick!

I’m not sure if it was from making it stronger or from the previous sprays finally making it work but work it did so I have more confidence going forward.
As for gnats some Gnatrol seems to work great and doesn’t affect the plants one little bit. I had some bugs in the pots last year that I’d see around the bottom of the pots especially when watering and tried a low dose on them and they were gone. Wasn’t fungus gnats so it works on other bugs too. Same thing with my upstairs plants now and just dosed them with it a couple days ago

Small update for the outdoor.
I never ended up cutting the mazarilla yet just the sunset vibes and the gorilla auto
It rained all last night,calling for rain today and tomorrow with some cool temperatures so I brought most the plants in the garage.I threw up a couple tarps I had lying around over the last day or two and setup a few spare lights but it wasn’t enough so I had to pull the HLG scorpion Diablo out of the tent inside for now.
2X36 inch Sunblaster leds daisy chained to 2X 12inch sunblaster leds and a 315CMH
I have more lights but I had to bring them to the GF’s parents to setup their garage to finish their outdoor
Once the autos get harvested I gotta bring in the cheese

That’s what my smaller Maz looks like. The other two aren’t doing that at all. I wonder if that’s a particular Mazar trait. If it is that would be handy for me to select for it and breed ones more Mazar dominant. It has the buzz this old head needs!
I wish I had lights for my girls sitting under the tarp all day and it has rained as forecast tho coming down hard 30km south of us.

Well people warned me to support my plants but I figured I had time to get the cheese in the garage
Edit- small update i did a little wet trimming of the gorilla auto last night.I had found two balls in veg and plucked them.
The G13 Labs sunset vibes auto hermed on me from moving it around and switching from indoor to outdoor over and over.
It was worse than I thought and It seems to have hermed and put out a decent amount of seeds in its Lower smaller buds.
Not the end of the world but now I gotta worry about the other girls that were close by

I can’t really think what it’s got to do with it but damn man, that sux.
Outdoors like that there shouldn’t be more than a few seeds scattered around so I wouldn’t worry too much. Exploding joints or pipes are still funny as long as it happens to the other guy.
Sunny tomorrow so I can take the damn tarp off. Be 60 hours under cover for them and they’re losing their tans.
