When the are brown. Check around the plant and see if any are ready. For sure those aren’t ready

You are going to need at least 4-6 weeks from pollination as a starting point.

Depending on how well you grow plants… under ideal conditions you shoot for 5 weeks when pods show signs of seeds forming… based of those pics… 12 days

indoor cultivation… buds suffered a little too much phosphorus and potassium… pollinated within 3 weeks of flowering

Yep. Go another 1.5 weeks. Might not get full seed development thought… gonlonger depending on what your goal is.

pollinated in the third week of flowering…too late for that?

I would suggest a slow drought watering method to get those beans to start drying…

And what week are you at now? They look almost done? 8 weeks at least I’d guess? Beans should be ready or almost ready id think…
