Co-op Strain Donations and Breeder Match Ups

Well I guess making some S1’s will be in my future at some point not sure when I will be able to get to that until I finish getting my home grow straight then I could use the 2x2 for something like this

One fairly branchy plant will get you quite a bit of seed. The more flowers or pistils to pollinate the more seed you can make.

Use stable lines .I’d like to reverse the Oregon Huckleberry that line seems to be Rock solid and would definitely make a good candidate for reversal. But it might be dominant in breeding or something from the c99 line maybe Apollo. The Temple of Apollo could be a good one to try. I’m interested in this as well after researching gg4 project that Tony has been working for several years. We might have to team up and make some reversal spray.

I too thought a c99 s1 would be cool, somewhere down the line I’ll crack these relic f3 c99. And see what comes of it.

I definitely don’t have the time or patience to cube anything

I was talking about selfing maybe that ghost cut or something like that. Making s2 out of s1 stock and so on. Cubing doesn’t really take that long in a yr you could go-to 4th gen BX. The key to it is just finding that special pheno that checks all the boxes.

Exodus and windows are awesome cuts. Sourcing a brightside cut would be similar to finding rks or a unicorn

 my suspicion is the whole Bros Grimm foundation is S1 & not from a true male flower.

what is the STS v CS choice ?
does the choice get influenced by seed type or is it just grower preferences ?

It’s just two different paths to the get the silver inside the plant. My inability to accurately measure how much silver was in my CS drove me to STS.

Lo and Behold, my Log Book indicates I have Exodus Cheese in Female Seeds. If so, I got in from Seedsman a while back. Naturally, it’s yours if I can find it. Stay safe/be well.

from what i can tell you want to get the part A&B STS bottles to make a batch more than once.

is there a “better” vendor to order the stuff ?

As long as they’re reputable I’d imagine it doesn’t matter. Silver nitrate and sodium thiosulfate anhydrous or pentahydrate are pretty cheap considering it’ll probably be a one time purchase.

It’s not pure it’s a cross to the cut but all the crosses to it have been great so far. There is a grow documented here of a strain I call fantasy hill, it’s the AF crossed to blueberry hill. Some say the AF was never real some say it was but is gone. Funny thing is it was a gangly bastard of a plant and I only bred to it because it had a really exotic smell and high. It has bent buds, like curled at the top. The only strain I’ve seen that looked similar was the monkey paw from another member here and so far I haven’t seen that trait passed on.

There is a lot of S1’s passed off as real deal. Peeps find a seed or 2 inside the exodus cheese, crack em and run em as E.C.
GG#4 is famous for that too. I had a fake copy of GG#4 that was likely an S1 female clone.
