Co-op Strain Donations and Breeder Match Ups

I’d say still worth it. I’m sure you can still get seeds off of it, but if it goes out of control, might end up topping mid flower. Taking clones and discarding the mothers is another strategy. But probably going to need hybridization to be decent for growing indoors.

I’ve had alot of luck with explosive sativas indoors by bending and strapping down the entire stalk right when switching the lights so that all of the sidebranches become vertical. This causes a realy good harvests with a manageable canaopy. I started indoors with strains that would double or triple there height in flower. Actualy the stretch is nice when you get used to it less veg time required.

Read my mind dude… keeping the mix basic I was thinking I might f1 it over some afghan and see what turns up.

Also found this on phylos

Not sure if I am reading it right but it seem that even in PNG fkn skunk has got into the mix and polluted it… :smiling_imp:

The phylos test results that base everything of hemp, berry ,skunk or landrace are some ignorant corrupt shit. It’s all part of justifying dave and Robert’s claims to cannabis ,there genome sequence is a small snap shot of the entire picture and there collecting all that data to sell the big pharma for genetic research and manipulation.the amount of false information and propaganda put out by dave and those who ride on his coat tails is absurd. If they show everything to be related to skunk, and dave has patents on skunk 1 then it realy benefits him. Skunk was a cross of multiple genetics as are most strains so if anything in any of those strains shows up they say its skunk related. Phylos and there data should be taken with a huge grain of salt, I personally think they should be taken out and thrown In the trash but it’s all part if a much bigger plan to aid the corporate pharma take over.
So many people credit Dave and robert with contributing to the cannabis community when in reality they have caused more harm then most will ever understand. If it was up to them people would have no seeds and be stuck buying all genetics from them. They have been actively inserting there genes into every strain they can. I’ve written in depth about this on here. I spoke against phylos and warned people but very few listened.

Yeah Phyllos has some despicable ulterior motives, so I wouldn’t put too much trust in them. I agree it can be a useful resource, but it’s not an authority. Just a resource. And an ethically-challenged one, at that. Also, if anyone goes to the link that I posted earlier, to see the grow journal of the guy who sent me the seeds, you can see in his last picture that these flowers are absolutely NOTHING at all like Skunk, Berry strains, or OG. Also, Papua New Guinea is a big place so it’s possible that the sample they tested was a hybrid that escaped from someone’s back yard or something, who knows?

Anywho, I’m just posting in here that I’ve already communicated with @slain, and I’m about to reach out to @DiggySoze to see if he is serious. Yes, I’ve decided to split the lot so I can send them to two people. But the person who wants the other half needs to be serious about this. We need these seeds to be mass produced so that we can expand the collective gene pool.

On a related note, anyone have any good ideas on how to safely package and send seeds to Oz?

I was just reading of stealthy way on another thread that I think would work: use a piece of that plastic corrugated sign board, corflute I think it’ it’s called here?
Anyway you cut a peice the size of the enelope you are using and slide the seeds down one of the corrugations, seal both ends of the corrugation with clear tape so the seeds can’t roll out, pop it in an envelope and send!

That’s a common method, actually. I’ve received seeds myself packaged in that manner. I suppose it’s common for a reason, hmmm.

Alright it looks like both @slain and @DiggySoze are in, so the deal is done. I won’t update the first post until the packages are in the mail, though.

I recently received seeds in the body of a plastic bic type pen. Rigid body and fairly covert packaging, i’d say it was a great way to send in bulk.

Yeah I send seeds like this sometimes it’s super convenient to just put a whole ten pack in a bubble mailer …just another pack of pens

Added to the donor list. I know some people like a good haze.

Sounds interesting. Wonder if his A.H. is the same cut I am running (Euro version of it) , if it is, these will be stellar.
Esko use to hang out at a place I did, was cool to bounce stuff off of him, and get his take on things. He has been gone from there for years now however. Esko’s stuff is Top freaking notch in my book. His Holy Princess is just such good weed, too bad I have not seen seeds of it in ages!!!

If Esko says there will be fire, there will be fire!!! NICE SCORE MAN!!!

I have a bunch of crockett’s haze regs, as well as a number of F1 crosses of it over tangie, wild thai and truthband. This is been my all time favorite haze, amazing tangy haze terps, no foxtailing, a lot more chunk than the average haze and also more manageable indoors that ssh etc… Now I’m in the groove of these seed runs, I’ll be happy to donate to any haze fans wanting to grow them out for a run.

I can attest to this method working for us down here - I haven’t had much success with other stealth packages - but this way gets through more often than not - I substitute the clear tape for the tops of que tips ( cotton buds to us down under ) ,you cut the top off each one and stick it in the end of each row

@slain @DiggySoze Hey guys I’ve been dealing with a medical issue that popped up this week so looks like I’m not getting out to the post office like I thought. No worries, I’ll get it taken care of next week.

Ruderilis don’t just apply to Russian hemp, any hemp/cbd strain can fall into that category.
Just another way to say ditchweed

They’ve been doing that since before Emery.

I go one step further, most I send out are usually in a aluminum both sides with the fluting.
Commercial door filler.
Actually you don’t need to use tape on the sides use a piece of cotton instead.
Push them in till you don’t hear a rattle.
