CSI Humboldt Seeds

I have seen herm plants that start off looking like a pure male and then start to grow hairs 2-3 weeks into flower.
There are breeders who will collect pollen and then kill the male right away but I prefer to let him hang out for a little bit and prove his stability before I consider him a solid breeding plant.
@HolyAngel you are correct that a fem seed should not be able to produce a male plant but they do on rare occasion and biologists and botanists have yet to unravel that mystery. A female plant being stressed into making seed on its self is a survival method and what good would it do if there were only females it’s like the plant knows it has to produce both to continue to exist. I have a theory that the male chromosome is suppressed rather then deleted as some describe allowing for a very high rate of females and a small percent of males, you only need a few males to get the job done.
When ever somebody has more then one breeding occurring at the same time I would suspect pollen drift even if they are using fans filters etc, there is no way to 100% rule it out and that is why I never have more then one breeding happening at a time. There also needs to be a complete wipe down cleaning of the tent after each breeding.

I have started harvesting the seeds from my cap Junkie seed project. I pollinated a couple cap junkie plants, a CSI Humboldt Hawaiian lites plant, a CSI Humboldt big bad wolf 2.0 plant, and a lemon Paki plant. So far these are the fruits of my labors. These Cap-Aloha are the cross of Cap Junkie X Hawaiian Lites.

Still open for trades for unopened CSI Humboldt fem 7 packs

I just started harvesting the Cap Junkie seeds.

I grew chem91 s1 from csi and had no males or herms. They were just not to my liking smellwise and didn’t hit me hard enough.

I’m wanna get the pine tar and deep chunk, all his ibls look great. The gems I’m interested in his trainwreck stuff, our dogs named gravy and my wife’s fav strain is chemdog, mine is Trainwreck and he’s got a tw xchem cross called gravy train, lol. Too perfect to not pass up on. Hoping to order a pack soon but it’s hard to afford a lot of his genetics, in sure they are worth it tho, and I’ve heard great things about his freebies and extras so it ends up not nearly as pricey as it looks when browsing the site…

I poped CSI’s Jager s1’s last week and got all mutants. Does anyone have an idea if this is a Jager trait or just the bad batch that I received from CSI. I also have a seedling that started out with frost and is super hairy from the moment that it emerged from the soil. I thought it was some kind of mildew but used a scope and it’s super hairy with trics.
