So maybe that Sour D x A5 Haze/Thai bx? It did sound promising based on Docs descriptions of the Archive sour d cut. I have to scoop up Dagobah as well if it’s on this months list, thanks for reminding me and thanks for the advice

Yeah that sour d sounds fire too but I’m all for impulsively popping seeds from a gut feeling haha. I believe @ClassicGenetix grew the sour d cross assuming it’s the same guy from IG. Not sure I saw any of those posts on here, but he said it smelled disgusting in a great way. How did it smoke classic?

Hey bud, I ran those and got some amazing smoke: A5Haze/Thai fun from Doc D (Zang!, Sour Diesel x A5 Haze/Thai, Bandaid Haze ix 3.0)

I actually just popped Bandaid Haze no.7 x Sour Diesel Bx2 last night because my only issue with the Sour D x A5T was that it grew short rather than like a big hazy bush, but it’s some of the most skunky, funky stuff I’ve ever had and I’ve been smoking and growing for over 30 years.

So the only packs from that list I have direct experience with are the Bandaid Haze, Lemon Thai F5 and Ethiopian Banana x DE. Out of those I would run the BH and Ethiopian again, and Id keep the Thai on ice for potential projects. I liked the Lemon Thai, but in my experience the hybrids are much better than the pure lines if you are growing for smoke.

The Blue Triangle x Afpak sounds really cool. Both the LT hybrids are probably really good, I had great luck with my Goji Razz x LT, lots of nice OG traits coming through with the LT hybrids. I wasnt a huge fan of the Sour D x LT, not much sour came through compared to what I see in DE hybrids.

You know its a good problem when everything on the list sounds exciting. I’ve always wanted to check out the A5 S1 hybrids, along with the Dream Lotus stuff. All A5/Thai hybrids are great too, cant go wrong! But the Nepali WHP hybrids… Those have me curious.

Yeah, people sometimes get dropped from the mailing list or shuffled out of the arbitrary gmail daily email blast limit (I think it’s like 500 addresses in a 24 hour period). Historically, shooting Doc D an email later in the day was the best way to get back on the list if you got bounced outside the limit.

Welcome to the April mailing list…

If this is your first time receiving this list, thanks for subscribing! I hope this will be a more direct form of communication for those that wish to grow my seeds. I’ll have monthly updates on upcoming projects and information regarding seeds I have available. Please note that the monthly mailing list will be ending in July 2022. I can still be reached for questions, but direct sales will be ending then.

… in case you missed it, our family has decided to move to Mexico later this year. For that reason, the monthly mailing list will be ending this summer. Any seed stock that I have left will go into cold storage for eventual vendor drops. After that I’ll be sending bi-annual email updates on my Mexico adventures and possible future vendor drops. Until then, I’ll be busy at work making more future project material and trying to accomplish as much as I can before I shut down my garden this summer.

What’s happening…

Dragon Energy (Dragonsoul x Headbanger) hybrids are wrapping up and will be ready for next month’s mailing list. This is my main man for putting out Sour OG Kush type plants. I love to puff on his progeny when I’m looking for heavy OG potency with lip smacking flavor. He passes on extreme vigor, potency, stability, and great sour kerosine aroma and flavor. Moms used this round include: Vietnam Black 164, Sour Diesel, Black Lime Reserve, Magic Bluegrass, Metal Haze F2 no.4 bodhi’s cut, Cuban Black Haze, A5 Haze, Malibu Pure Kush, Malawi Gold, Mullum/Oaxacan, Apple Fritter, Watermelon HP, Twilight language (Viet 7/A1) Bodhi’s cut, and a few others… This will be my last round of DE hybrids. I did however pass this male to a close friend… so be on the lookout for a possible collab in the future.

Sensi Star f2 hybrids are pollinated and looking good for a June 1st release.

The last A5 Haze/thai bx pollenation round is just getting started… I may have light leaked goofed the first two weeks…doh! I’ll know more by next month if these hybrids will happen before I close down…if everything works out, i’ll have these hybrids finished by July. This round included: A5 Haze, C5 Haze, Metal Haze (bodhi’s cut), Tom hill haze, Magic Headband, Sunday Driver, and a few others…

My last round of pollination will be the Lemon Thai 19 male. i’ll go more into detail on the moms i used and why i decided to use my LT19 male in next months email.

This will be the last month for Beastie Boy crosses.

It’s always a bit nerve wracking to send an order when more than one of the items on your list are marked “very low stock”. But, when you get a reply telling you everything you requested is available and held pending payment, there’s almost no better feeling.
