Marketing is really crazy- Fancy packaging, exclusivity, masses of hype and creating an artificial ‘‘Shortage’’.
Seems a lot are ‘Gangster’ wannabes, young males with flashy jewellery…
But the seeds they produce seem to be very unstable.
I know that with animals, breeding a Champion to a Champion doesn’t guarantee a winner -But that’s animals.
I wonder why so many of the ‘new’ crosses seem to be so unstable?

How can one breed potency in in such a short time?

Racehorses - The quest for speed has bred in fine cannon bones that literally shatter while the horse is galloping.
Genetics is fascinating - but my understanding of it is extremely basic.
Brother Mendel and his Peas and his genetic ratios is about as far as it goes.
