So…which is the lesser of two evils? High temp/humidity, or low humidity? The new set up with the ac it allowing me to run light full power At 80+/-, but the humidity is at 20%. Or I could go back to original setup with light half power, temps high 80s borderline 90, humidity 70-90%day/darkness? Loving light full power in temp range but am concerned of low humidity. Is this really a problem, and why is low humidity bad?
I’m not sure what low humidity could do to you here but this current deal sounds much better to me. They want that light intensity! I also don’t think you would have much luck if any at all with that high humidity in later flower.
I grew an auto outdoors in Havasu, chopped it a few weeks ago. But i sprouted it outside and grew it outdoors in a 7 gal fabric pot, humidity doesnt get much over 10% here ever. Id say pound them with light lol
Very nice grow
I agree with DefNSmokn. Humidity that high is asking for trouble.
okie dokie I trust y’alls judgement So pound away it is (!)
Thanks @anon98660487 i appreciate it muchly. I been stalking your grows. You’re girlfriends a badass to tolerate your grows in the house lol.
Ridding the atmosphere of all that moisture will increase your plants consumption of water via roots. Just make sure to watch your mediums from drying out now. Youre doing good!
Very good point @DefNSmokn .
Today is start of week 6! They have gotten huger!!
I’m very confused though at this time. For the fun of it I got out the jewelry mag thingy to examine the buddage. I just looked at a couple top buds, and the trichromes(crystal mushroom things) were mostly all cloudy, and many were amber!!! I wish I had the gizmo where I could post these pictures, but if just barely starting week 6 they should all be clear right?? What did I do wrong?!?!?!?! Does this mean I harvest??
Hell nah . My guess is you were looking at sugar leaves, they will mature faster than the buds. I was just about to comment about the bulk you should be expecting coming up here over the next few weeks then I saw you were thinking chop
They are looking great btw! Keep doing what your doing!
What @Eagles009 said
Looking real good!
Hmmmm. I’ll pay closer attention when I look at them tonight, I think I was looking at the sugar leaves. They’re STILL going to bulk up even more??? Holy heavenly moose knuckles I thought it was about done with that. How exciting!
They will be jacked in three weeks. lol
Dude those are looking phenomenal! Hahaha! Hell yeah theyre gonna get bigger! That healthy layer of trichs looks real from where im sittin! Lol great job!
You are going to have sore smiling muscles in about ten days.
It’s an awesome feeling!
Lots of new pistils popping all over - they are stacking…
I’m with Floyd, 2-3 weeks.
Cheers

Good morning everyone, I hope your day is wonderful so far, today marks week 7 of flower. Flowers look a little bigger, hard to tell really, the leaves are starting to change, I’m assuming this is the “all energy to the buds” stage for the final push. Ya know, it makes me sad to know my sweethearts are nearing the end of their life cycle. I’ve been so close to them, literally their father. Mommy never cared for them, so I had to be their mommy as well. It scarred them, they cried sometimes, “ mom never loved us, all she wanted to do was smoke us!!” We pulled through though.
Very very nice. They will still put on weight. Great work!
Wow when looking at last weeks and the week before you can sure tell they’ve changed! Seeing them 2 times daily you don’t notice the growth. So I’m not a fan of couchlock so I want to harvest earlier then that, so from reading I want mostly cloudy and some clear?? Or no clear at all? I’m still not fully knowledgeable of what the clear trichs mean exactly. I do want one plant for couch lock though for bed time meds and sleep aid. So one will for sure finish out as long as possible
Here was an attempt to capture trich pix. I’ll keep working on getting better pictures. I am seeing a great deal of cloudy. I think lol the lighting changes what they look like I notice.
I don’t see amber in those pics. Like I said before I have grown both parents and in my opinion 60 days min. At 60 days I don’t believe you will see to much amber but plenty of cloudy. They look like they are still spitting out lots of white pistils.
