Tis nothing but a scratch…
She’ll recover…
Covering the wound would speed up the healing process though…
In peux plus doucement. Verdad amigo.
This one branch has been a pain in my ass so I’m going to let her suffer. Cutting it off might even be a blessing.
This thread should be called “Supercropping with Foreigner.” It’s all I seem to be doing and is the only thing I can think of to keep them barely under control.
When’s the last time you had to supercrop everything?
And another snap/oops:
There is a limit to the degree that I can supercrop because the stems thicken and harden up so I can’t pinch the same place twice. This leads to a weird zigzag pattern to the stem when I do it on multiple locations.
I was hoping to not have to cut off tops but if they don’t stop soon I might.
Pinch pinch pinch.
Cheers
Pretty much never, just the odd one to keep the canopy level with the rest of the plants, but I have 8 ft ceilings.
I’ve got a 6 foot tent but when you take away a foot for mechanicals, a foot for distance to light, and a foot for pots it really only leaves me with 3’ of useable space.
I’m well over capacity on this one.
Famous last words but I think I’ve got it all under control.
Supercropping helped a lot but the left side of the tent was unmanageable.
So I did what I was hoping to not have to do and cut off a few tops:
I now have a pretty even canopy and as long as stretching is done, which I hope/am pretty sure it is then the hard part is done.
Phew.
Couple of days back…
Or at least I did what i thought was supercropping lol…
I have plenty of space though, i super crop to maximize yields…
(Sung to the tune of “just keep swimming” from Finding Nemo)
“Just keep bending, Just keep bending…”
“Until they can’t bend no more!”
That’s where I’m at. Everything has been supercropped to death. The stems are now all scabbed and woody that short of breaking them they aren’t going anywhere.
It has turned into a nice stadium style canopy though.
-deep breath- stretch is over
If I say it it must be true.
Hope they will recover from your visit , jk, what it has to be done, it has to be done , willing to see a great harvest …
They were this big when I flipped them:
Now they are this big:
I still might have to cut off more tops. Like this:
It’s a jungle in there.
You have good problems
I keep going:
“Oh no this will affect yield!”
“Oh yeah I don’t care about yield.”
I was supposed to decant my PBP gallon but didn’t get around to it. Laziness wins today.
And this is how, with a few simple adjustments, you can turn one gun into 5 guns:
Not sure why I procrastinated so much. It ended up costing me more energy of trying to pull liquid with a syringe from the shoulder.
I remember my first transplant
Nah this transplant technique deff saves on the mess
All caught up
I think I will do it this way from now on. It takes a day of sitting but it makes transplanting more enjoyable and less of a pain in the ass.
Also splits up the work so it’s not so much all at once
Wait you just discovered this !?
Just busting lol
Like building upside down sandcastles
Love it when they fall right in perfect !
Exactly like sandcastles!
I should have remembered from my youth
I have beefy arms from pouring out ml’s from 4L jugs of my nutes into photography beakers
Good upgrade; you will grow stronger
Edit: pouring out exactly 18ml from a 4L jug gains you skill and gains
