Foreveryoung's Perpetual Good Time Emporium

I blame it all on a lack of imagination and bad whisky or whiskey (depending on where you are at the time). Throw in the weather being mainly shite, class war and other invented divisions…well you can see the result :grimacing:

Just as well us stoners don’t seem give much of a fuck about it all

Haha people laugh when I tell them the weather is a big factor in a lot of our dysfunctional behaviour, like a constant grey roof over us.

Fecking right…can’t we all just get a-bong.

I love this guy, he kills me, the Mrs has trouble understanding him.

@minitiger if you can get around the accent, give him a watch.

lol i was giving an example of working class culture around here although i was once a regular in two pubs both with a slate in my name. I was even on a alcodarts team. You know the type that play as an excuse to get pissed on a week night. I was becoming an alky pissing my wages down pub toilets but my salvation came in the form of a stomach ulcer. That fucked my drinking days for a long time. Now i’m older and cant be arsed with the con so i avoid pubs. It’s now so expensive it’s a choice of beer or food…it’s good to be able to eat

:joy::joy::joy:sorry man, had a bit of a wake and bake start to the day, Im not the sharpest.

I stopped drinking in 2005/06. Wasnt any health issues, just got sick of it, I was never able to drink beer and as I got older the hangover from spirits got worse.
I partied hard young, got it out of my system, just cannabis now. The other half still lovers her cider & gin, few lines when she’s out with mates.

Everything is so expensive now, its ridiculous. Was just reading you old Satori thread, you mentioned moving from hps to led and how most folks would make the move when the price of leds came down or electricity doubled in price. Haha, thats literally happened, electricity went up 10% last year, 23% so far this year and another increase in october to look forward to.

Have you got a current thread/journal?

Dude, I have no fucking idea at all what that guy is saying haha. I was only able to make out like every sixteenth word. I caught,”Tattoo… PlayStation…Apocalypse…” (at least, I think that’s what he said…) and that’s about it haha. The crowd seemed to like him, though.

Scots think fast so we talk fast, even southern English folk can usually understand us when we slow it down enough. Yarp it even works in the westcountry

@Albannach thats a fair reason not to post a journal. Hope its all settled for you again.

 my favourite type of posts.

:joy::joy::joy::joy: thought that might happen. If you ever end up in this part of the world, I’ll volunteer as an interpreter.

@Shadey are from around this neck of the woods? I’ve read a couple of posts were mentioned spending time over in the UK. (If you dont mind me asking)

Doubtful. I smoke cigarettes, so any plane trip I take can’t be longer than about six hours. And that’s pushing it.

My girl went to Scotland years ago, she really liked it. Or wait, maybe it was Ireland. They’re basically the same place, right?

I’m kidding, I’m kidding! Everybody callllllllllm downnnnnn… haha.

Hey hey easy there, these wild sweeping statements are the very reason you are no longer welcome in Oklahoma :joy::joy:. Consequently, they are pretty much the same place.

Ive done Dublin to SF a few times, think its about 11hours. I just hate flying, I usually swallow some canna/coconut oil capsules or edibles on the way into the airport. Sedates me pretty good.
Ive been so fucked up in airports when I think about it, my partner hates flying with me at this stage.

Couple of pics of some Amnesia Haze, this another plant that has become a victim of its own success. Younger smokers wont touch it, see it as old peoples weed and it was everywhere for a looong time. But I Iove it.

:joy::joy::joy::joy: I’m fine with that.

Amnesia Haze looking good! I’m not sure I realized that was in your stable. I’ve blazed a few Amnesia hybrids, but I don’t think I’ve ever smoked straight Amnesia. How is she? I mean, besides not being an acceptable smoke for the younger folk… haha.

Very cool! My daughter did a study at the University of London one summer.
We went and collected her and brought her home on a Transatlantic cruse. It was 2 weeks and cheaper then flying her home. She made a good guide for us.

There are 2 universities of London, one in Egham just up the road from where we lived, it was the last building designed by sir Christopher Wren and really beautiful, the other is London City University in Clerkenwell near Kings Cross station.

The cruise sounds wonderful if you don’t get sea sick like I do lol.
